Don’t want to spend 14 days in quarantine and missing Taiwan, visit Chimama. The menu has all the classic Taiwanese treats and there are numerous options to choose from. Each dish has its own flavor profile. Some sweet, some fresh, some savory but all delicious. The gua bao was my favorite of the meal. The bun is fluffy but not too bready. Love every item from the menu, authentic Taiwanese food. You can taste chef’s effort in making quality dishes. Waiters are so well-mannered, reminds me of Japanese customs. They are even thoughtful enough to ask customers to switch seats for us so that my little girl can get comfortable seating.
