“This is my go to subway. There is no other I will go to. Not only is it close to my job but the 2 employees there are the best I've ever encountered. Nick and Valerie are by far the best sandwich artist I have ever seen at a subway. Their positive energy is toxic, Their knowledge is phenomenal, their customer service is unmatched and it's always a pleasure to walk in and walk out happy. I always get the same thing so I'm sure I'm a great and easy customer to serve but they always make me smile and leave happier then when I walked in. I will continue to come to this restaurant for aslong as they are there. After that is a different story. Best subway hands down on long island. Clean, and always stacked with fresh ingredients. “Went there to get a Chicken Sandwich for lunch. While ordering, the person taking my order, Natalia, recommended that I get the combo, saving me money. On top of this, she mentioned the new Truffle Chicken Sandwich, and recommended that I try that instead of my normal sandwich. “Today i visited the location. As I waiting for my food. An Uber eats or Door Dash driver was picking up an order that was already picked up. The cook / worker named Jairo was explaining to the driver that the order was picked up 15 minutes ago. The delivery driver wanted Jairo to call the customer ( which they are not allowed to do). Jairo remained calm and professional when the driver was upset. As I watched I was glad to report to Jairo's manager, just how calm, professional and respectful he was with the driver that was getting loud and upset. We need more people like Jairo in the world. Jairo continue to be that positive professional employee that the public loves to see. Hates off to you.

“White Castle is a timeless classic. I have always lived them. Every once in a while I get the crave and have to down a few cheeseburgers. I have always thought they don't get the credit they deserve for their fries too. They are better then most fast food places.“

“Food is ok / really used to be better! I placed an online prepaid order and when I got there, the drive through line was full. There is no speed pass for paid orders. I walked in to the store for my order and they told me I had to drive through so I could scan my QR. I told him I was not gonna get out of my car then get back in and wait online again. My food was paid for. the girl at the counter gave me a real attitude. Finally a manager came over and gave me my food. By then my food was cold and I wasn’t very happy.

“This has been a regular spot for me for the last 20 years when I am in town. The fries , dips and wraps are still great.My only complaint is they have completely jacked up the price. Is a substantial upcharge, and in my opinion unnecessarily like many places have with the excuse of “inflation”.These wraps 20 years ago as a combo ( wrap, fries and drink) were 7.99As of 2 years ago were 10.99. I just paid $16 for the same wrap with smaller and smaller portions over the last few years. Disappointing indeed.“

“This was my first time visiting this establishment. I stopped in, because it was in the same shopping center as a store I needed to go to. There was a couple sitting down eating and a family of four waiting for their order. I asked them about the food, and they had nothing but good things to say. As I asked each family member what they had ordered, I decided to go with The Bobbie. I told the young man behind the register, that I was sharing it with my daughter and asked what size he recommended. He was happy to help and the size he recommended was perfect. He also asked if I was staying, in which case he recommended that I get the sandwich warmed. The service was EXCELLENT and the quality of food was up to my standards and my daughters. Sidenote, my daughter is extremely picky with her food. There were three young gentleman working and it was a Saturday afternoon. As we started eating our sandwich, three more groups of customers entered during our time. Each time the door opened, the bell rain and a worker immediately walked towards the register to attend to the customers. I will definitely be returning with the rest of my family.“
