“We stopped by for lunch while exploring Beacon and wanted something Japanese or Asian-style. I ordered the Salmon Lover poke bowl, and it was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Perfect balance of fresh salmon, spicy salmon, rice, and veggies. Everything tasted super fresh. I asked for the sauce on the side, which was a great option. Cozy indoor seating with friendly service, plus a good selection of lemonades. Highly recommend if you’re craving a fresh, flavorful poke!”

“My daughter loves this place and encouraged my husband and I to go. My husband ordered the salmon bowl and we ordered the glass noodle sesame one. An honest mistake was made on my daughters and my husbands had sesame seeds that was not noted in description and he should not eat. I never send anything back and felt weird doing it but went up to a woman at the bar and who was so nice about it and made two new bowls immediately. The young man was so kind about it as well. The food is so healthy and tasty. I had the best green tea next door I have ever had and I drink green tea every day. We will be back. What a beautiful spot and great staff”

“A friend from New York gave me a bag of Espresso Blend. I live in Cincinnati and have a local roaster as my go to. When I switched to Trax I was able to pull a really nice shot the first time and every time since over 3 days and it's awesome espresso. Smooth with just the right balance.”

“I recently stopped by Beacon Creamery and tried their Cookies and Cream ice cream and wow, it was really good! Super creamy, full of cookie chunks, and perfectly sweet. It had that classic flavor done just right, and you could taste the quality in every bite.

“Oh what a lovely experience! There are little gifts for the Who-fandom scattered throughout the space, which is so welcoming and airy. I spent ages just looking around and fangirling! The person who took our orders was so sweet and so knowledgeable and we loved everything we ordered. They have vegan, vegetarian and GF options so it’s really inclusive. The teas are delicious - we had the Jammy Dodger and it was just perfection. Such a special experience! I can’t wait to go back!”

“We loved using Industrial Arts Brewing Co's private event space (The Workshop) for our Welcome Drinks event during our wedding weekend! Nina and Heather were great to work with, and the friendly team of bartenders made sure our guests had a great time. We had around 100 people in one space, used their open bar package to have beers flowing all night, and even brought board games for all to enjoy. The space was PERFECT! They even set up a nice playlist for us, a microphone for speeches, and some cornhole for fun. Anyone doing a wedding in the area, or having any type of large social gathering, should definitely check this space out!”

The food was good (had some cheeseburger sliders and fries) the bartender was great. I'm not a big drinker, but they had these hard ciders that were very good. Definitely a nice spot I can see coming back to.”

“We love everything about Sal's in Beacon and in Fishkill. The staff are some of the best I've experienced anywhere. They're welcoming and friendly, and they're kind to my kids. They greet everyone with hometown vibes when you walk into the store. It really feels like family! Their pizza is delicious too - we all have our favorites, but I prefer the BBQ chicken (for the sweet/tangy flavor combo) and margarita specialty slices. And of course we can't forget their wraps, sandwiches, etc... So many options from which to choose! Overall a great dining experience.”

“This is your ideal neighborhood bistro pub but elevated! Nice decor, lots of dog portraits and figurines(which i adore). the space is very clean, wooden booth is big and comfortable. quick and friendly service.
We had the arugula salad which tasted fresh and refreshing. the dressing was light and on point.
The scallion pancake was deep fried, crispy and topped with tender braised short rib with a little kick!
the fish and chip was a great deal! Chef generously served the entire fillet of cod on a whole plate of shoe string fries. there was enough leftover for another meal.
I am glad we found this gem and will come again.”
