Food was wonderful, service was great even during the rush where it was incredibly busy. The food tasted great and was well prepared. Most other shops tend to get my order wrong in some fashion, whether they forget something or add something that I did not want but the workers at this establishment nailed my order. A million thumbs up!!! However, there is one complaint that I do have and is that it feels like an oven in the store. It is EXTREMLY hot. Not only was I sweating just sitting in there waiting for my order but the poor workers, who were doing a great job and toughing it out seemed to be struggling with the heat of the store. It would be nice if this establishment would install/fix the AC unit in there, ESPECIALLY in this crazy heat wave we have had. Service was great, food was well prepared but the atmosphere (specifically how insanely hot it gets in the store!!) definitely needs some work...

Drove 25 min to the bagel shop. Got there at 330 and all the employees were standing around...told me they are closed. The hours said they close at 4pm. Very poor customer service...won't try again

Massive fail for Beacon. Not only was the wait time for one bagel completely atrocious, the staff wasn’t very friendly and not moving quickly at all despite having several people working behind the counter. However this wasn’t even the worst of it, I ordered an iced coffee, popped in some cream and sugar, didn’t taste it until I got outside and got the shock of my life. It tasted of some toxic chemical. I have no idea what was in that coffee but it was clearly hazardous. In the event that I become ill from it, I’ve even decided to hold onto it for testing and praying the small sip I had didn’t do any damage. I would recommend serious caution here and absolutely do a smell check of anything you put into your mouth. I wish I had.

Young blonde twink at counter was so polite, reminded me of grandson. We don’t talk anymore. The bagel sandwich I had was delicious and bagel instead of bread!!!!!

After moving from Long Island these are the best bagels I found in the area, plus they have egg everything which no one else seems to have! That being said I stopped going because the wait times are outrageous and staff is so consistently rude every time I’ve ever gone. Once after waiting an hour for 2 bagels my boyfriend asked me what time it was and I said “12:30, I think we got here at 11:30.” That prompted the teenage girl behind the counter to start yelling at me about how busy they are, then whispered to another girl who then also started yelling at us. I’ve been to plenty of “busy” delis in my life and have definitely never waited more than 15 mins for a bagel or been treated so poorly by staff.
