Can't speak on breakfast, but lunch is very expensive for what it is. Paid $34 for two sandwiches, a bag of chips, and a side of pesto. My caprese on Italian was made with basic mass produced bread, mozzarella that was not the fresh you'd expect at a sandwich shop, and the basil listed on the menu was a light sprinkle of dried basil. Very disappointing for a $12 sandwich. My husband had the New a Yorker, the pastrami was very light handed and again, just nothing you couldn't make at home.

I love the bagels here! These are the best bagels I have ever had and I used to live in NYC! We go to get bagels by the bulk at least once a week. So glad we found this place!

Food was wonderful, service was great even during the rush where it was incredibly busy. The food tasted great and was well prepared. Most other shops tend to get my order wrong in some fashion, whether they forget something or add something that I did not want but the workers at this establishment nailed my order. A million thumbs up!!! However, there is one complaint that I do have and is that it feels like an oven in the store. It is EXTREMLY hot. Not only was I sweating just sitting in there waiting for my order but the poor workers, who were doing a great job and toughing it out seemed to be struggling with the heat of the store. It would be nice if this establishment would install/fix the AC unit in there, ESPECIALLY in this crazy heat wave we have had. Service was great, food was well prepared but the atmosphere (specifically how insanely hot it gets in the store!!) definitely needs some work...

Drove 25 min to the bagel shop. Got there at 330 and all the employees were standing around...told me they are closed. The hours said they close at 4pm. Very poor customer service...won't try again
