“Fabulous breakfast in Beacon. The breakfast combo is very generous between all the breads, cheeses, dips, fresh fruits and vegetables, scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. Enjoyed every bite, a feast for all five senses. Highly recommend. I have a healthy appetite but walked away full lol!”

“First time trying and will be back! I got a medium Taro Smoothie (they use a non- dairy creamer) with Oreos as the topping 5/5 stars. For the poke bowl I chose the build your own Poke Bowl got Tuna and Spicy Tuna, the spicy tuna is on the left looks sort of like a paste and was very flavorful. I usually can’t eat anything too spicy but the spicy tuna was good enough for me spice level wise. Very fresh and loved all the sauces I picked, Teriyaki, soy sauce, and sesame oil. 5/5 stars on the whole poke bowl.”

“Very nice, cute, little, homey vegan pizza shop in Beacon. It's nice to see a fully vegan spot in Beacon though you'd never guess. This pizza is absolutely delicious. It's a small operation by one guy so the menu is limited but great. But because of this, he's only open 3 days a week which makes it hard to make it here sometimes but worth the trip. The ingredients seem incredibly fresh and it's not too heavy. I saw every table of 2 finish a pie. I think there are still some improvements that could be made such as cooking in the oven just a bit less and making the crust a touch thicker but overall this pizza was absolutely delicious and worth trying.”

“Oh what a lovely experience! There are little gifts for the Who-fandom scattered throughout the space, which is so welcoming and airy. I spent ages just looking around and fangirling! The person who took our orders was so sweet and so knowledgeable and we loved everything we ordered. They have vegan, vegetarian and GF options so it’s really inclusive. The teas are delicious - we had the Jammy Dodger and it was just perfection. Such a special experience! I can’t wait to go back!”

“We recently ordered lunch from The Beacon Daily for a group of 20 people attending a special event weekend at Glynwood in Cold Spring, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, Chris, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Since The Beacon Daily typically does not offer direct delivery for a la carte orders, I explained that this lunch was part of a very important three day celebration and that everything needed to be handled with extra care. Without hesitation, Chris personally stepped in, took ownership of the order, and even delivered it himself all the way to Glynwood's Perkins House. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and willingness to accommodate our requests were truly remarkable. He thoughtfully provided compostable plates, napkins, and flatware and made sure every aspect of the order was handled flawlessly. It is rare to find a business owner so personally invested in ensuring a customer's event is successful. Most importantly, the food was fantastic. “We love everything about Sal's in Beacon and in Fishkill. The staff are some of the best I've experienced anywhere. They're welcoming and friendly, and they're kind to my kids. They greet everyone with hometown vibes when you walk into the store. It really feels like family! Their pizza is delicious too - we all have our favorites, but I prefer the BBQ chicken (for the sweet/tangy flavor combo) and margarita specialty slices. And of course we can't forget their wraps, sandwiches, etc... So many options from which to choose! Overall a great dining experience.”

I honestly overate because it was just that good! It came with three sides; salsa, sour cream and guacamole. I'm particular about my guacamole but there's was perfect👌. The restaurant is clean, easy to get to and the staff were all super friendly and accommodating. I didn't wait too long for my dinner and they were on the ball with staying on top of drinks and checking in. I got a tiramisu to go because I couldn't pass it up on the way out. 😋 I will definitely be frequenting this restaurant again!”

“A solid enough brunch spot. The best thing we had was the breakfast burrito - heavy, rich, crispy bacon added a lot of texture and the burrito was well grilled. I wish it had salsa with it, but it was good. For the BLTA, it was not a lot of avocado, and maybe not quite enough tomato. The bread was good, but it turns out they don’t make the bread here despite the name. The worst thing was probably the pancakes - no butter flavor at all, no buttermilk flavor, no salt. Very cakey, dessert-like, fairly plain to a certain extent. The outdoor seating is nice because the wait for a table was long, but it’s takeout only when you’re outside so of course no plates or cutlery.”
