“Fabulous breakfast in Beacon. The breakfast combo is very generous between all the breads, cheeses, dips, fresh fruits and vegetables, scrambled eggs, sausage, etc. Enjoyed every bite, a feast for all five senses. Highly recommend. I have a healthy appetite but walked away full lol!”

“This is the best restaurant I have been to in a while. Definitely the best in Beacon, by far. Love the atmosphere, and the food was incredible. “First time trying and will be back! I got a medium Taro Smoothie (they use a non- dairy creamer) with Oreos as the topping 5/5 stars. For the poke bowl I chose the build your own Poke Bowl got Tuna and Spicy Tuna, the spicy tuna is on the left looks sort of like a paste and was very flavorful. I usually can’t eat anything too spicy but the spicy tuna was good enough for me spice level wise. Very fresh and loved all the sauces I picked, Teriyaki, soy sauce, and sesame oil. 5/5 stars on the whole poke bowl.”

“Oh what a lovely experience! There are little gifts for the Who-fandom scattered throughout the space, which is so welcoming and airy. I spent ages just looking around and fangirling! The person who took our orders was so sweet and so knowledgeable and we loved everything we ordered. They have vegan, vegetarian and GF options so it’s really inclusive. The teas are delicious - we had the Jammy Dodger and it was just perfection. Such a special experience! I can’t wait to go back!”

“I can’t say enough about the party my now son-in-law’s parents hosted here for my daughter and their son’s rehearsal dinner. Everything was perfect! Such warm hospitality was felt by all our guests and the bride and groom had a blast! We were a group of nearly 70, yet the bar was never backed up, and the food delicious and plentiful. We had a gorgeous night which let us enjoy the beautiful scenery seen from the outside deck. Thank you Industrial Arts for helping us celebrate our children and their wedding!”

We’d heard about The Roosevelt and made our way in. We were welcomed right away by Luke, who took care of us with some desperately needed waters and frosty beers. We had a lovely afternoon of footy and lively banter with Luke, who treated us and everyone else in the bar like best buds. We’d planned to leave at the half but the vibes were so strong (in spite of a boring game) that we decided to stay. Can’t recommend this place enough. We will be back.”

“We recently ordered lunch from The Beacon Daily for a group of 20 people attending a special event weekend at Glynwood in Cold Spring, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, Chris, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Since The Beacon Daily typically does not offer direct delivery for a la carte orders, I explained that this lunch was part of a very important three day celebration and that everything needed to be handled with extra care. Without hesitation, Chris personally stepped in, took ownership of the order, and even delivered it himself all the way to Glynwood's Perkins House. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and willingness to accommodate our requests were truly remarkable. He thoughtfully provided compostable plates, napkins, and flatware and made sure every aspect of the order was handled flawlessly. “We love everything about Sal's in Beacon and in Fishkill. The staff are some of the best I've experienced anywhere. They're welcoming and friendly, and they're kind to my kids. They greet everyone with hometown vibes when you walk into the store. It really feels like family! Their pizza is delicious too - we all have our favorites, but I prefer the BBQ chicken (for the sweet/tangy flavor combo) and margarita specialty slices. And of course we can't forget their wraps, sandwiches, etc... So many options from which to choose! Overall a great dining experience.”

I honestly overate because it was just that good! It came with three sides; salsa, sour cream and guacamole. I'm particular about my guacamole but there's was perfect👌. The restaurant is clean, easy to get to and the staff were all super friendly and accommodating. I didn't wait too long for my dinner and they were on the ball with staying on top of drinks and checking in. I got a tiramisu to go because I couldn't pass it up on the way out. 😋 I will definitely be frequenting this restaurant again!”
