We were so excited for our experience here and then were so unfortunately disappointed. After ordering and receiving our coffees in a reasonable amount of time, we then didn’t see our server again for 20+min. I was finally able to flag her down to order more coffee. She brought it (no cream), and we asked about our order, as she still had not acknowledged how long it had been. While she then promptly returned with our order (chicken sandwich, brisket and eggs, and pancakes), everything was ice cold, andmy chicken sandwich bun was so soggy from having sat for so long I couldn’t even pick it up. When we flagged our server back, and she came back with the manager, there was no apologies or offer to somehow compensate for the errors and issues, just him making sure we “gave our plates back if we didn’t want to be charged” ( which was our pleasure). What a shame!!

Food was incredibly bland. How do you even make gravy that tasteless?

This place is mediocre at best. I think it's made to overcharge tourists who come visit Beacon. Prices are elevated, like in NYC, while the food is just okay. I lived in this area for over 10 years. There are much better places to eat. My suggestion is to skip this place.

Cute little local place with good food and even better service. The staff was pleasant and attentive. Would definitely eat here again and do recommend their breakfast.

Jason & Connor are so kind, slaying customer service skills. + Ella made me the best latte of my entire life xoxoxoxxo love you BBC
We were passing through on a road trip and stopped for coffees and snacks. The egg and cheese sandwich was unobjectionable enough; the coffee was not great but it got the job done; our baked goods were heavy and doughy but edible. I thought I detected a weird attitude from the counter staff toward me and my family, and I left wondering if we had inadvertently acted inappropriately, or maybe we just looked like the wrong kind of people. Then I read the reviews and the owner's responses and I understood that it wasn't us; the vibe I was picking up on was the place's own vibe. May peace be upon everybody connected to this establishment.

Nice place; very, very bad food (stale bread, doughy croissant, etc) and kind of expensive

Stopped in for breakfast to go because of "breakfast" sign. No mention of eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese , veggies, spreads on board besides breads and drinks. I was hoping for egg n cheese maybe bacon but was told there was only butter or cream cheese to go on the bagels. Imagine my surprise while waiting for my order to see a menu on the other counter with plenty of other options including eggs. (And the online menu shows that too). I was the only customer at the time too so I wouldn't think they were just in a rush. Sunday morning. 🤔 The bagel itself was good but I'm very confused about why I was only offered butter or cream cheese? I was heading to work so I just took my order and left disappointed.

Amazing food and wonderful staff. My go to place when visiting Beacon. Lots of options including delicious falafel burger and grilled veg toast, you can sit inside but you can also order takeout and grab a table outside.
Vegetarian options: There are also vegan options

The place was really nice. The service attentive. The coffee good. Food not so much. Ordered the egg baguette with a croissant to takeout. The baguette was stale and hard, the croissant doughy. Took forever to have both ready. Looking forward to this review getting bashed by the owner like all the other less-than-perfect reviews on Google 😘

35 min wait which wasn't bad for a weekend. Understand it was busy but service was terrible. Got our drinks less than 5 min before the food came out. The "burger" is on toast and the portion is for a 10 year old. Tuna ahi wrap had literally 1 piece of tuna on it for 18 bucks and most of the dishes don't come with fries you have to order them separately. Only decent food was the chicken sandwich. Ordered another drink and wasn't served until we were completely done with our meal and the check came. Would definitely skip this next time much better options on the strip. Also I see the way the owner is responding to these negative reviews and it's appalling. Yikes.

I hesitate to write this review because then the wait will be even longer but there's a reason there is a wait, it is worth it so make sure if you're visiting Beacon you definitely go here. Each plate that comes out is done with such care and skill and pride. There were 4 adults and a teen in my party and everyone loved their food and that never happens. Everything was delicious. A must try!

My mother and I enjoyed a lovely breakfast here the other day. She opted for the fluffy pancakes and I had an omelette - the portion sizes were great which is always appreciated and the atmosphere was pretty laid back (Thursday morning). I look forward to coming back and enjoying another meal in the very near future. Highly recommend if you're in/around Beacon.
