I recently stopped by Beacon Creamery and tried their Cookies and Cream ice cream and wow, it was really good! Super creamy, full of cookie chunks, and perfectly sweet. It had that classic flavor done just right, and you could taste the quality in every bite.
I highly, highly recommend giving it a try if you’re in the area. Whether you’re an ice cream lover or just craving a treat, Beacon Creamery is absolutely worth the stop.

I was looking for a nice cold treat after hiking the bean trail so I chose this spot. Its small but they have a great selection of flavors. Staff welcomes you as soon as you enter. They also have other treats aswell along of souvenirs. They have indoor seating dir only two people, outdoor is also available. There's prices are reasonable and offer different cup sizes and types of cones.they will let you try as many samples as you wish. Overall its a nice spot to try on a hot summer day if your visiting this city.

Both plant-based milk and sorbet options were available. Staff said the oat milk was the milk ingredient in the milk-based vegan options. On the day we visited, there were five vegan choices: 3 were oat-milk based and 2 were sorbet options.
Staff said the ice cream was made by Jane’s in Kingston, NY.
The vegan chocolate ice cream was creamy. The coffee ice cream was a lighter consistency.
NOTE: $2 dollar upcharge for vegan options
I would recommend this place to anyone stopping by Beacon. The owners take pride in their business and honor military service members, which is a big plus.

The service is friendly and quick. There is outdoor sitting on the patio and a cool bench right outside the shop. Would definitely return.

This is a small strawberry milkshake. It was 8.75 and although the people there working were very nice, the milkshake tasted like they put milk into a blender and served it to me. It tasted nothing like strawberry, the thickness & texture was nothing like the average milkshake and for that price, it was really just terrible. Maybe their ice cream is good! I don’t know, but I would’t ever get the milkshakes.
