Extremely disappointed. First time wanting to try Big Vinny’s and walked away with a bad taste in my mouth due to discourteous and unprofessional nature.
Ordered thru Slice app the “Staten Island Pizza”—picked up. Got home 20 minutes later. Supposed to have caramelizes onions and pesto on the pizza. It did not. I immediately called the restaurant and they advised me to call slice if I wasn’t happy cause they would have to handle the issue. Or I can go back with the pizza and return it which I wasn’t about to drive back and do. The owners Response was “well are you not happy with the pizza aside from the fact that it didn’t have the caramelizes onions and pesto”. I’m like no I’m not. It not what I ordered!
Contacted Slice. They put me on hold while they reached out to the owner. Owner tells slice that there was caramelizes onions and pesto on the pizza, so they would not authorize Slice to do anything further for me. Ridiculous and a complete lie.
Now I have to wait another 24-48 hours so that Slice can escalate to the supervisors.

Been living in the Hudson Valley for over 40 years and haven't found a place that had NYC quality pizza until now. The special slice is $5 (e.g., buffalo chicken and Margherita) which is reasonable. However, if you buy an entire pie it is a better deal. Highly recommend to anyone in the local area and/or visiting the town of Beacon.
