Butterhead, your chicken Caesar wrap is tasty…BUT you wrap making skills are a disaster. Every wrap is overstuffed and impossible to eat. The whole point of a wrap is that its hand held. I would love to just once eat this without needing a knife and fork because it exploded.

The food here is very good. I’ve never disliked anything that I’ve eaten from this place. However, the service is terrible. I order for pickup all the time and every single time they mess up my order somehow. I’m not sure what is preventing the counter employees from following very simple instructions but they simply cannot do it. Furthermore, on top of not being able to follow instructions for orders some of the staff is extremely rude and should not be working in customer service. So frustrating because I like the food and the owner has always been nice.

So the food is fantastic but the employees are awful. Skip the Beacon location, go to New Paltz instead! They were so rude while making the food, annoyed at any questions that were asked. When we sat down to eat they started speaking with each other loudly about burping, farting, and going on cleanses (in details). Obviously this is not the type of loud conversation customers who are eating would want to hear.

Salads were good, but staff was petulant and unaccommodating. They gave us a hard time about lowering the crappy music they had playing, only to turn it back up while we were eating. They messed up one of the orders (asked for dressing on the side) and then couldn't get their act together to correct it. Not worth the aggravation for what they offer.

Stopped in about a week ago. Everything was delicious. What a difference from the days of Tommy C’s. The space has come a long way. Everything looks beautiful and I can’t wait to go back.

Today I got the chance to visit the New Paltz location of Butterhead Salad Company! The choices of plentiful delish choices had me trying hard to contemplate my choice! The staff are all so friendly and nice. They asked me what I was contemplating. I said Mediterranean. I was served up a glorious looking and tasting salad with chicken. It was two meals worth. I took half home for later. My son ordered the taco bowl (served in a taco crispy bowl) that he thoroughly enjoyed. They have all fresh ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed the yummy food. I loved the decor! Beautiful wall art with peacocks! The light fixtures were really unique! Plenty of seating inside and out. I noticed they had fresh croissants. They also have a nice variety of beverages. The chocolate chip cookies are huge and delicious. Highly recommend!
I've never physically been in the restaurant, even though I should since it's so close to where I live, but we have them catered at my job for lunch and the food (and presentation) is amazing! The meatballs and chicken are my favorites and the salads are very good as well. The owner is also super sweet.

Just got two make your own salads for my coworker and I! Absolutely amazing! Workers were kind and very helpful. Grilled chicken and hot honey grilled chicken is to die for! GG - balsamic and ranch dressing wonderful! Can’t wait to go back! I’ll be eating this salad for dinner tonight as well.
Also the interior is so aesthetically pleasing!!!
