Hands down the best smoothies I’ve ever had in my life. The service was quick and friendly. The ingredients were fresh, whole foods. I cannot wait to come back and try other things on the menu!! I’ve lived in NYC and now LA and when I come visit family upstate it’s hard to always find healthy fresh options but this. is. it!!
What a great addition to Beacon for fresh, healthy lunches. It’s easy to get a gluten-free, plant-forward meal here and I love that they use organic ingredients. I paid $21.95 for the Vibrant Grains & Chicken Bowl—and the portion size was very generous. This bowl is easy 2-3 lunches for me. And this is even better pricing/portion sizes than other trendy local lunch spots which, as far as I can tell, do not necessarily offer organic ingredients. Very happy to have found...
I ate at Healthy in Color four times during my 3 week trip to Beacon — from breakfast to lunch — and each visit was wonderful. The food is incredibly fresh and beautifully presented, with flavors that are just as good as the aesthetics. I also really appreciated the kindness and presence I was met with every time. This place is a true gem — nourishing, welcoming, and delicious.
