Just ok. Marshmallows were good but the smore was overpriced and not appetizing.

Fun, unique place

I walked into the establishment and it seemed like I was disturbing the only other person in the room. If they had not wanted customers, why didn’t they lock the door?
I purchased what was supposed to be vanilla marshmallows. The next day at home I tried one, and it was not a marshmallow. It was that gooey stuff inside a marshmallow that most people throw out. Like when you roast a marshmallow over a fire, you get a nice crispy burnt shell to eat and then the go away stuff you throw out. This bag of marshmallows is kind of like muffins without their tops. Where was the delicious crisp of the outside of a marshmallow? Who would want to eat the inside? It almost felt like I bit into something similar to a marshmallow in which somebody ate off all the good parts.
The establishment looks like a sit down place in which you can order something and enjoy it there. The worker in the place made clear that it was not the kind of place that customers could come in. She even said there were no bathrooms for customers, therefore it is not a restaurant.
I was very confused as to why a customer walking in was something they did not want and customers sitting down and eating inside was also something they did not want.
There’s a reason why people want muffin tops and throw out the bottoms. Why are they just giving us the bottoms?

Cute to visit when you’re in Beacon. Nothing blew us out of the water but it was kinda fun to watch the counter girl make our amores with a blow torch. Good prices.

Unfortunately, the Frozen Hot Chocolate just tasted like cold, watery chocolate milk.

BUT their marshmallows are yummy! Wish they sold the plain ones in a bag (if they do we couldn’t find them.

I stopped here on a Saturday mid morning and enjoyed a hot chocolate with espresso marshmallows. Delicious! I was offered marshmallow samples before I ordered and ended up purchasing a bag of the chocolate and a bag of the strawberry marshmallows. Yum!

While visiting town, we stopped into Hudson Valley Marshmallow Co, because we’re suckers for some good marshmallows! They had so many unique flavors to choose from! We picked up a bag of the chocolate chocolate chip marshmallows and a pack of the chocolate chip graham crackers. We just made them as s’mores at home and loved them! I will 100% be back to pick up some marshmallows when I’m in town again because these were some of the best I’ve had! We also got an iced hot chocolate while we were there and it really hit the spot. Such a cute shop!!

I love this place. We have been here at least 3 times and our granddaughter always wants to go there when she visits us. Everything is delicious and reasonably priced.Perfect for Valentines Day or any day.

I met a friend here for hot chocolate and it was the sweetest experience! The shop is super simple with lots of fun gifts, but the marshmallows are really the stars. All the flavors are fun but it’s the vanilla that has my heart. Every time I stop by to pick up a bag as a gift I am unable to avoid grabbing a bag for myself. Worth it, every time.

i bought a lavender hot chocolate and a bag of french toast marshmallows. the lavender hot chocolate was delicious!! but also a bit too sweet for my taste ngl the marshmallows were rlly wierd but i think they just aren’t my thing!! the store is super cute and the worker was really nice. i ? HVMCother good things:the marshmallows don’t have eggsthey have non dairy milks (i got oatmilk!)have places to sit downa large cariety of drinks, s’mores, and marshmallows!!

Overall underwhelming. We did a s’more flight so got to try 3 different marshmallows and 3 crackers. We couldn’t taste the marshmallows because they were so small and the cracker was more like a cookie so the flavor completely overpowered the marshmallow. It wasn’t BAD it was underwhelming. Also for the flight, I was surprised there was no plate. We were given each s’more on a napkin which was an absolute mess of a situation.

I was super excited to try this place and it was incredibly underwhelming, to say the least. The marshmallow on the s'more was the size of a quarter (I was very mislead by other photos) and I didn't even notice chocolate on it until the second to last bite because it was such a small piece. The graham was chewy. Customer service was not at all helpful. I considered walking out before ordering anything because of the service but had high-hopes for the s'more.
