I stopped here on a Saturday mid morning and enjoyed a hot chocolate with espresso marshmallows. Delicious! I was offered marshmallow samples before I ordered and ended up purchasing a bag of the chocolate and a bag of the strawberry marshmallows. Yum!
While visiting town, we stopped into Hudson Valley Marshmallow Co, because we’re suckers for some good marshmallows! They had so many unique flavors to choose from! We picked up a bag of the chocolate chocolate chip marshmallows and a pack of the chocolate chip graham crackers. We just made them as s’mores at home and loved them! I will 100% be back to pick up some marshmallows when I’m in town again because these were some of the best I’ve had! We also got an iced hot...

Unfortunately, the Frozen Hot Chocolate just tasted like cold, watery chocolate milk.
BUT their marshmallows are yummy! Wish they sold the plain ones in a bag (if they do we couldn’t find them.
