Stopped by for a quick bite and we were pleasantly surprised with their delicious nachos platter (we added chicken as a protein), the fried calamari, and the Rosa Sangria and Coconut Rumchata Cocktail.
Very good service. Clean restaurant.
Big portions were enough for a shared meal for two.
Recommended.

We received a menu after 15-20min of being seated, then waiter didn't come back for another 15min after that.
Placed our appetizers & entrees together due to lack of service.
Ordered nachos w/ no chicken but received chicken.
I ordered stuffed chicken(only ate 1/4 because it was hard)w/rice & no beans but received beans.
My wife ordered 3 shrimp tacos & received 3 mini shrimp on each taco.
Ordered 2 piña coladas w/ alcohol but didn't receive alcohol.
Ordered Sprite w/ no ice but received ice.
For a whopping total of $110.56
Beacon needs a real Hispanic restaurant!

They say service dogs are allowed, but even with my certificate in hand, they did not allow me to sit with my dog. That is very disappointing. If they do not accept service dogs, they should be clear and state it openly.
The food is decent, but what I really don’t understand is the portion size. I ordered takeout for my family, and when we opened the containers, we were genuinely surprised by how little food was provided. For the price, the portions felt unreasonably small. It left us disappointed and still hungry.

Walked in on a Saturday at 7 pm and it was empty, which is a bad sign for Main St in Beacon! While we were waiting for our food, several people had been seated and not served timely got up and left, another bad sign. The salsa was bland. The tacos are expensive and small, without flavor. The vegetable fajitas came out lukewarm (not sizzling), unseasoned. The sides were not refried beans and rice, it was a can of beans dumped onto a plate and not seasoned or flavorful in any way. Came out cold. Would not recommend!

Visiting from out of town and came on a recommendation from a local acquaintance. Ordered the birria (of course), the pastor, and a side of sweet plantains. The birria was the highlight for sure and lived up to its role as the namesake of the restaurant. The caldo had clearly been made with love and attention. The pastor was okay, although dicing the meat (pork? chicken?) and pineapple resulted in it being a bit dry and uninspiring. The plantains were unfortunately disappointing as they were underripe. The ones my grandma used to make are much better. Overall, would return, but just get birria all around.

Food was absolutely delicious. Homemade tortillas are top notch. Miriam is a great bartender. It's just very loud in there.
The food was adequate at best, the quality was not worth the price. Customer service was poor.
The Birria tacos were too good. A little pricey for the amount of food you are getting. The jamaica aguas fresca is worth a try!
Great food! The Birria tacos were just awesome and the atmosphere and staff wonderful!
Excellent food 😋
