Stopped by for a quick bite and we were pleasantly surprised with their delicious nachos platter (we added chicken as a protein), the fried calamari, and the Rosa Sangria and Coconut Rumchata Cocktail.
Very good service. Clean restaurant.

Big portions were enough for a shared meal for two.

Visiting from out of town and came on a recommendation from a local acquaintance. Ordered the birria (of course), the pastor, and a side of sweet plantains. The birria was the highlight for sure and lived up to its role as the namesake of the restaurant. The caldo had clearly been made with love and attention. The pastor was okay, although dicing the meat (pork? chicken?) and pineapple resulted in it being a bit dry and uninspiring. The plantains were unfortunately disappointing...

I would have given this place a solid 4 stars and I debated about giving it 2 because they forgot about our table for a full hour!! It was only after I went up to the counter to complain that anyone even came by to check on us. When they did check on us they made excuses about the kitchen being busy and how all the food needed to come together all at once. From our experience it felt like they forgot to put our order in and only realized it once we said something. I say this...
