Always a fun place to visit. Although, I live in Westchester, will drive up to Beacon just to have a meal and drinks at Melzingah. Excellent apps and drinks. Love the chicken and dumplings as well as the strip steak asada. Will be back again.

Food was great and very fresh, they had a good selection of beer, and our waitress was wonderful - but the true star of the show was the mid 2000’s punk rock playlist that simply kept topping itself with every track.

Stopped in Beacon for a quick dinner after a trip upstate, and we happened to discover Melzingah while walking down Main Street. It turned out to be the highlight of the trip. The food was incredible, and our waitress, Laura, was so sweet and lovely. We’ll definitely be back to try the new seasonal brew, and honestly, we’d make the trip again just to visit this restaurant!

Great selection of beer. Beacon is a beautiful town, a short jaunt from the city.

Place is awesome, food is amazing. Brussel sprout salad with chicken was very satisfying!! Service was friendly. Finding Trillium beer anywhere outside of MA is also the best. My golden retriever Wally got to come too! He loved the celery and carrots ;)

Food was presented very well but flavors were bland. The brussel sprout dish was soggy, and the chicken and dumplings were flavorless floating in a bowl of liquid. Given all of the other options nearby I would not return.

Melzingah is a nice beer restaurant at the end of Main Street. It’s nicely decorated, the staff are friendly and the food is good. The Beacon burger was perfectly cooked. Try the cantaloupe gazpacho! You should also try the trio platter (feta cheese, tzatziki and hummus). The beer selection is quite good! We were pleasantly surprised. We will definitely go back.

Food was really good but we waited close to an hour. Not a lot of checking in from wait staff to see if we were good(refills or anything related to our order) it wasn't even honestly Super busy, just a standard evening dinner. Was looking forward to the visit but will not be going back after this experience unfortunately. If you like good food and are willing to wait for service, this may be good for you but I can't recommend at this time

This is the place of a burger, a beacon burger, and is the best beacon burger. As many know burgers and burger taste differ. I prefer the non smash variety that can achieve a medium inside and its juicy. I also prefer the deluxe toppings with the cheddar as a request. There is no going wrong with the fries as a side and you may request a spicy mayo to dip... The side salad is loaded with feta, tomato, olives, and cucumbers which are equal proportion to the lettuce, this is a fresh and nutrient rich salad. Everything has noticeable local ingredients that bring this to the top of my burger place list.

BTW I'm an old fashioned kind of drink person. Best Hot Honey Smoked Old Fashion.

This is one of my favorite spots in town. The drinks, food, service, and staff are all on point. Everyone is amazing and genuinely friendly. The espresso martini is made with their house-made cold foam and it’s incredible. The blueberry martini is also a standout and honestly to die for. Always a great time here.
