Out of towners came in for dinner, back during the Holidaze. A month later, back on the Westcoast, I find myself dreaming about their singular Espresso Martini. Wow! Everything else we got was excellent, as well.
We had a lovely time at Melzingah. The service and food were both excellent. The Kung Pao Brussels are the best we all ever had and everything else exceeded expectations. The atmosphere was just what we wanted, relaxing and rustic.
The atmosphere and service were warm and inviting, which we truly appreciated. While the food didn’t quite meet our expectations, we enjoyed trying a variety of items, including the Tuna Rice Crisps, the Gnudi, and the Panko Chicken Sandwich. We also ordered a beer and a dirty martini, which were served in small plastic cups. The Gnudi wasn’t quite to our taste, as the texture felt a bit soggy with an aftertaste we didn’t prefer.
