Went to the Winter Village in Bryant Park and saw this stand. $5 for a cup of their White Blossom blend and honestly I was blown away. I went back and bought a tin with an infuser. Loose-leaf tea has always scared me a bit but they encouraged me to try it and answered whatever questions I had. Great tea, great service, quality product 👍🏼
Phenomenal tea! I stumbled across this brand 3 months ago in a small gift shop and picked it up simply to support a woman owned small business.
Best. Decision. Ever.
I have tried about half of their line since and I’ve loved every single one. Our personal favorites are the White Blossom, Beautea & the Roobios Chai, but we’ve yet to try one we didn’t want more of!
Their customer service is also fantastic. I called for a last minute order for a bridal shower and not only did they arrange for a family member to pickup on Christmas Day at their pop up shop in Bryant Park, when my family member fell ill they shipped my order to me the next day. Wonderful tea, great company - we’re planning a visit to their store in the spring!
I truly wish I discovered this Tea House when I lived in NY. I haven't had the chance to visit their location, but I definitely will during my next visit home. I have ordered tea from this location. The online customer service is amazing. I have purchased three teas from Miss Tea. My favorite is the Hibiscus Lemongrass - Activtea. Until, I get the Simplicitea and the Apple Carrot Mint green tea, the Hibiscus Lemongrass is my go-to. I'm back on my wellness path because I'm planning to go to Bali next year, so Looseleaf Tea is the way to go! I love the packaging and prompt shipping. I'm a fan and so is my tea infuser, Mr. Tea
Tried the iced matcha latte and loved it! Super cozy and homie vibe, such a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy a drink.
The tea is absolutely delicious. The woman working when I walked in was so knowledgeable and patient and helped me find a perfect tea since I’m having aversions to coffee. She let me smell the different teas and was so welcoming.
Such a delightful shop; open, airy...a very calm atmosphere. The owner is equally wonderful as well - what a kind human. :) thank you for the beautiful new chawan and delicious latte! I will obviously be back!
Misstea has been my go to tea for the past year! I stock up every time when they come to the Christmas market in Bryant Park (for those who want to come smell and taste in NYC). I always have at least 8-12 different teas rotating throughout the year in my house. As someone who studied herbs and Chinese medicine and loves a good quality herbal blends this is your go to place. I would give them an 100/100 if I could. I will continue to consistently buy from them. I’ve quit drinking coffee and have replaced my morning routine with their teas and I feel amazing! Thank you xxxx
One of my favorite tea houses. I will gladly take the two hour drive to get here. The tea blends are well done and great quality. It's a quaint little spot with wonderful, friendly service. I've only ever gotten to interact with Mor (who is a delight) but from what I've seen with other customers, everyone is great.
They have a variety of tea and tea blends. If you aren't sure what you might want, they can't work with you and help you find a good tea that you will love. I can't wait to head back up there.
I bought infintea at the holiday market at Bryant park and boy is it tasty!!!! Thank you for a great suggestion
Great tea house! Wide ranging selection of teas.
I had the oolong and coconut cacao pu’erh teas, and they were both fantastic. Reminds me of some great tea houses in NYC.
The folks here are so kind & helpful. Great ambiance inside; well needed relaxation after a day at Storm King.

The. Best. Tea shop. In. Westchester. The selection is great. The service is friendly. The snacks and items they sell to go with the tea are perfectly curated. My absolute new go to shop for tea.

This tea shop in Beacon is hands down my favorite spot in town! They offer an incredible selection of organic teas that are simply the best I've ever had. Every cup feels thoughtfully crafted, and you can truly taste the difference in quality compared to mass-produced teas. The ambiance of the shop is warm and welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a peaceful moment. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, ready to recommend the perfect tea based on your mood or preferences. I especially love their wide variety of herbal blends—each one is unique and packed with flavor. If you're in the area and love tea (or just need a cozy spot to unwind), this place is a must-visit!

I live in beacon. I've gone here several times on different days and they are never open. Just went there today again at 12:15 and they were closed. They say shop local, but when you try, the stores are closed.
Grace was awesome, a lot of details on each tea. Also very kind. Many options for tea enthusiasts. Check them out. Plus able to taste before you buy.
Loved how MissTea was willing to make another kind of tea that I requested as a Latte that was not under her latte suggestions. Also her recommendations are on point. We felt welcomed and loved the flavor of our lattes, (hot pepper mint & cacao latte and hubby had cold mushroom cacao latte). While you wait for your lattes I appreciate how you can smell some loose leafs that she has available for that purpose. Highly recommend and will be coming back. Lattes are reasonably priced and it’s great to support local businesses.
