What a nice place to get some delicious pies! I really loved this little place. The server was nice and welcoming. He talked about how the pies are made and how the store came to be..I had a slice of their cherry pie..WOW!!! So delicious and fresh..real cherries..no jelly filling..I was so impressed..I can't wait to come back!

I traveled over a 1/2 hour just to get a very over priced pie, which wasn't that great. I complained to the cashier that the crust was all broken off for $35.00 was a rip off! I left my name and number to get a call back and never did! Will never go to this place again! NEVER..I'll make my own! It was nothing to rave about!🤬
So incredibly happy my sister brought us here during our visit. The best part? These pies are AMAZING! I had my favorite, key lime pie, and it was one of the best I’d ever had. My mama and sister got the apple pie a la mode and that was also so great. I also ordered a chai and thought it was super good. The barista was so kind and made conversation with us. I just love when people are easy to talk to. It makes the visit even more fun. The atmosphere was so cozy and fun. It’d be a great spot to work. The worst part? Nothing to complain about! It’s in the cutest area and I’d recommend stopping by if you can.

Extremely disappointed. Bought an apple pie yesterday and it was the worst apple pie I have ever tasted and for $34? That is absolutely outrageous. Almost double the normal price for an apple pie. Very unfortunate because the place itself is very cute inside and in a great location.

The girl working the front was very friendly. I was greeted as soon as I came in. I got an apple pie. I think this is by far the best apple pie I have had. Due to my recent surgery I can’t have too much sugar and this pie was perfect in taste

Was about an hour from home for some appointments so I thought I would give this place a try. When I got there I asked where the whole pies were, the lady directed me to a number of empty shelves behind me. There was an apple pie, a couple blueberry, and some 6” peach. Not near the selection that the website told me was available at this location. (Beacon) The lady told me I could come back tomorrow and they should have more pies. I ended up buying an apple, blueberry, and 2 6” peach crumb that cost $99 plus tip so well over $100. After getting home we were excited to cut into the pies but were quickly very disappointed. The pies lack taste, did not seem fresh, and for the quality they are vastly over priced. Also, put up a guard/diverter so that the water from the ac unit does not drip on customers as they enter and exit. Overall just a very disappointing experience, we will not be returning to any of this companies locations.

I ordered a peach/blueberry pie on the website for pick up in Beacon. It said that it was available now and I could pick it up until 9:30 PM. I drove to beacon and parked about four blocks away (not the pie shop‘s fault of course). The girl sitting behind the counter looked surprised when I said I was there to pick up my order. She asked when I ordered, and I responded about 30 minutes ago and the website said that you would have the pie. They did not know I had ordered anything but found it when they looked on their order page. A man came from behind the counter and said oh I’m sorry we don’t have that. When I told him that the website said you did, he responded that we have that problem With our website. I ended up picking another kind of pie but would not have ordered that if I had known, the one I wanted was not there. They need to get their website ordering system in order. I came back to a disappointed group at home.

Chicken pot pie arrived ice cold it was not in a bag no utensils, no napkins. It’s a good thing that I caught the Dasher before they could leave the two little boxes down on my dirty floor mat outside. Personally, after this experience, I would never order from this place. I wouldn’t eat in there and I will tell nobody to eat there. When question why the ice cold pot pie came the lady didn’t answer the phone she got brain freeze.
Now I want you to take a picture of an ice cold pot pie

A great homey spot in Beacon with a variety of pies. We tried the apple, blueberry and key lime and liked having the choice between the traditional pie crust or a crumble top on the warm pies. The coffee machine was down for both days that we visited which was a shame because a coffee would have been the perfect accompaniment for these.

A surprising find with the best quiches I've had for sure in the East Coast, maybe ever. Unlike other quiches, this quiche is creamy and savory and well-balanced, more French omelette than custard. The crust is thin but strong, cracking into bite sized pieces easily while not crumbling under a fork. The size of each quarter-quiche seems big but due to the airiness and the balance, it's a right-sized breakfast. I really cannot emphasize this more: these quiches are the thing to get in Beacon right now.
We also enjoyed the not-to-sweet strawberry rhubarb pie. The rhubarb was the star, that earthy sweetness providing the good base flavor. We had both crusts: crumbly and normal. I think I prefer the normal this time but would prefer the crumbly another time. Both were excellent.
Highly recommend this place, it's close to the train station, just take the main road up a bit. In fact, if it's the morning, just make a beeline here and get a quarter-quiche. Between the meat one and the vegetable one, I'd say maybe slight edge to the vegetable which by having less salt brings the eggs more to the forefront. But if you like a bit more salt or a bit more fat, go with the meaty one.

Amazing! My sister has been raving about these pies and boy was she right. We had the Dirt Pie and the mixed berry about a month ago. I was getting up in the middle of the night to steal spoons of the mixed berry! Then this weekend we got the chicken pot pie, the vegetable curry, Strawberry Rhubarb (WOW), Key Lime and mixed berry crumb. Each pie was better than the last. Fresh, delicious, perfectly marrying the spicy with the salty and sweet. We pray they never go out of business as we have finally found the BEST PIE place ever! Thank you Noble Pies!
