This is one of my favorite go-to’s in Beacon. I Love the chicken fingers and spicy sauce. The bourbon chicken bowl is another one of my favorites. It’s very flavorful and generous in portion size. The owner is super kind and accommodating and the atmosphere is chill and comfortable. I recommend a nice lunch here for everyone. The menu is very diverse and easy to navigate. Thanks again OMB!
So happy to have a Korean restaurant in Dutchess county, this place has a lot of good options on the menu! The fried chicken wings have the perfect crispy texture while still moist on the inside and with the Korean BBQ sauce, it's an even mix of sweet, savory, and spicy. The Bulgogi Hoagie is a perfect example of Korean take on philly cheese steak. In my opinion, it's an improved version. The Dubu was super filling and packed full with plenty of carrots, mushrooms, kimchi, tofu, and beansprouts. I would've liked more broccoli with it because it had such a delicious roasted taste, but there was still enough to enjoy. We had these three items split between two people and had plenty of leftovers to take back, so the food is very filling. I'll be happy to stop by again next time I'm in Beacon!
Large, clean place with friendly and attentive staff. Each item we ordered as simply delicious and large enough for leftovers or sharing! We had kids from 14-3 with no issues feeding them all. Amazing place, highly recommend.
Wife and I took a ride today and finding all the local Flea Markets. Wanting to stop for a bit to eat,we came across One More Bite. She had a make your own bowl and I had the BulGogi hogi. Thin steak on a Baggett with provolone, peppers n onions. She had the chicken bowl. Orhe than the confusion of me not wanting onions on my sandwich, the food is good. Place was a bit empty but cozy. Look this place up and give it a try.
One more bite: Korean Fusion in the town of Beacon NYThe good- very roomy and clean place- wide variety of Korean Fusion dishes- DDUK Mandu Guk dumpling soup was authentic- nice staffThe not so great- the bulgogi hoagie was ok, not great- the bread was fresh, but the beef contained some nerves and tendons- the Tonkotsu Ramen was also ok, not great- the broth which is supposed to be rich pork broth tasted very much like packaged chicken stock- the Ramen was the weakest of the bunchMy wife who happens to be Korean and I agree. This Korean Fusion restaurant is ok for Beacon, but it doesn't compare to authentic K restaurants in NYC.To be fair, this place doesn't claim to be as good as Korean restaurants in NYC, for where and what it is, its s solid experience.
Really loved my dduk mandu guk at One More Bite this afternoon. I was thrilled to see this soup on the menu awhile back, so I'm glad I had a free afternoon today to try it. From the first sip of the broth, I was sold. Perfectly seasoned, comforting and savory. It's is so nice to have a great Korean restaurant near me. Looking forward to trying even more dishes in the near future. The yuzu lemonade was also wonderful and ideal after walking around Beacon. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant!
Definitely recommend. I had a bourbon chicken bowl with rice, noodles, charred broccoli, carrots, and seasoned bean sprouts. It was delicious. I'll be returning for the ramen next.
bourbon chicken bowl with charred broccoli was delicious. ??
This little gem of a place is amazing. Not fancy but very comfortable. The food is fantastic. I had the chicken wings and first time in a long time crispy and not wet just perfectly the way I like them. Then I had the bourbon chicken bowl. I had mine with white rice again delicious. My fiancé had a build a bowl with bourbon chicken and kimchi rice she was sweating a little from it . Which would normally mean a pepto night but the food her is so clean no added junk that she was fine . I highly recommend giving this place a try . We will definitely be back
Delicious daegu jorm, bahn mi French dip, and ssambap. Their mint ginger lemonade was great (a bit sweet) and should be bottled for resale. Price for quantity received is a bit high but the quality and varying ingredients explains it.

Amazing!!! We are visiting this area and we find this delicious place! Customer service was so friendly, the food came out fast,! We are super happy we find this place! 100% recommended!
Had a great bourbon glazed chicken bowl!
I love this restaurant. One More Bite is where I go when I'm really hungry and don't have the drive or patience to cook because sure, you could grab a slice of pizza and move on but why not spend the extra few bucks and treat yourself to a delicious Korean fusion dinner in about as much time? I've had every sandwich on the menu and each is more delicious than the last. I'm a huge fan of the Korean fried chicken sandwich and the Bahn Mi French Dip. I most recently tried the noodle bowl with blackened chicken and some egg rolls.. I think I saw god.I also love the chill atmosphere of the space. It's understated and cozy which shows the focus is on the food. It's the kind of place you could go on a weeknight and hang out at the table with a few friends sipping Sapporos for hours after a comforting meal; the kind of place where you keep ordering fries or egg rolls because you really do just want that *one more bite.* The family that owns it used to work at a bakery in town so the desserts are also to die for.You can tell that everyone behind the counter/ in the kitchen is a family and they all really care about the food. One More Bite is, in my opinion, the best new restaurant to open on Main Street in the last few years. The service is always great. Everyone there is very hospitable. They're a local family-run small business which is refreshing to see in a town quickly being developed and overtaken by rich city "entrepreneurs."I look forward to trying everything on the menu. Cannot recommend enough. 5 stars.
I wish I took a photo of the meal. It was beautiful!! I had the:Dubu Bowl (Vegan)Jjigae, kimchi-braised tofu, brown rice, sauteed shiitake mushrooms, roasted carrots, seasoned bean sprouts & charred broccoli. It was AMAZING!!!!! So full of flavor and spices. The carrots added just the right amount of sweetness. The flavors were delightful to my taste buds. I got a side of the Szechuan green beans which gave it an extra kick.5 STARS!!! My new favorite meal. Thank you One More Bite!!!!!
We were so impressed! Amazing addition to Beacon.
