Got ramen(veggie) and it was perfect. Got the veggie curry and rice and went back the next day for another round of it. The atmosphere was so great, the people that work there are nice and friendly. I would come to Beacon just for this place. Thanks for the good food and vibes.
Vegetarian options: Veggie curry and ramen is the best.

The atmosphere of this place is perfect and the food is great too. You have got to get a hot dog. Honestly get two!! There was a band playing and it was bustling but not too loud to carry on a conversation

Food is great but terrible service. Waitress forgot my friends entree, didn’t bother to stop by our table once to check if we where ok on drinks etc & even after asking a second waiter for the entree its still took over 30 minutes to finally get the entree.

Went here with 2 other people, did sake, non alcoholic and alcoholic beer, 2 types of ramen, potato croquette hot dog, crispy tofu, overall the ramen was executed perfectly, some of the other items I think have some work to be done; would def recommend checking it out
Atmosphere hella cool, feels like you are in an underground Tokyo spot nobody knows about.awesome lighting, stage for small live music
Service excellent, attentive and polite; made great suggestions on sake
Food: this is where I think some recommendations could be helpful:
Potato croquette hot dog: this came served as a normal hot dog with 2 potato croquettes on top, I think this was overall tasty, but the execution had so many missed opportunities!! This should be a hot dog coated in mashed potato croquette filling, and deep fried, no bun needed - this one conceptually wasn’t complete and the needle wasn’t thread across the dish
Crispy tofu - the sauce was all sitting at the bottom, although the tofu was super crispy and delicious. The sauce needed to be spread evenly and properly when served; half way through we realized we had all this good sauce sitting at the bottom instead of coating the tofu
Ramen: excellent, veggie ramen had these juicy delicious mushrooms cooked to perfection 🤤

Unfortunately there was a major staffing issue that management needs to sort. Took 15 minutes to get menus. Then another 20 minutes to have our orders taken which is when we were told food would be at least an hour from that point. Elected to leave and find food elsewhere after already investing a half hour and not even having an order in. One poor person trying to help 15 tables with no help can’t happen.
The vibes inside were really cool, just wish I had a chance to even try the food.
it’s been a few years since i last dined here, but since moving out of state and away from this, i’ve moreso missed and appreciated something like quinn’s. the late nights and comforting ramen with friends, and overhearing the laughter and live music in the back. Wow. I will never forget this place. ♥️ excellent everything.

Love the vibe of this place, the ramen is some of the best I’ve ever had. My favorite spot to go on a rainy day!

Maybe it was an off day but the food lacked flavor. I got the miso chashu ramen and it was just ok. The vegetable gyoza was also just ok. Also the lighting is a little off putting (see photo)

This is my favorite spot for Ramen in the Hudson Valley. The regular menu items are great, but every now and then, they will add specials that are wonderful. The drinks here are top-notch as well with cocktails that use Japanese drinks and flavors to provide an experience you aren't getting anywhere else.
The monthly and weekly events are great for a night out with things like karaoke and club draw.
This spot is definitely worth checking out.
Vegetarian options: Most options are vegetarian already and there is a ramen with vegetable broth.
Parking: Right behind is parking.

Great food! However undersraffing has limited their menu at times which is a shame.

Best japanese food in Beacon, which might sound weird. I got the donburi with a soft boiled egg and it tasted almost exactly like what I would expect to get in Japan. I also ordered the fried shrimp which was less impressive but still edible.
Also they had canned UCC Oolong tea which is super uncommon and made me very happy.
Definitely going back again to get my asian food fix.

japanese curry with shrimp was bomb af
Not too many vegeterian options here. I got the mushroom bun and sweet potato fries that came with a curry dipping gravy and amazing mayo aioli sauce. I recommend getting those.
My friends got the ramen and rice bowls, the serving size was enough for each pair to share one bowl. So consider that, to save money as the price is kind of expensive here.
