Over priced mediocre ramen. The server was nice and Vibes are cool. My friends liked the “small plates.” Charged“extra fee” for party over 6 when we sat at separate booths. Each booth only seats 6, we were offered no option for a party of 9 to sit together . We sat at booths across from each other. I have gone here a few years back and This place was never like this before. Disappointed that nothing was done when I pointed it out. Said a “cash discount” is offered....
This is definitely my favorite spot in Beacon. The retro vibe and moody lighting set a great atmosphere, whether you’re dining in or just grabbing a drink. I always go for the chashu ramen, sweet potato fries, and the Plum Blossom cocktail—flavorful, crispy, and perfectly balanced. It’s a place I keep coming back to.
A good little Japanese spot. The food is decent, not amazing but solid. The value felt a little low, with dishes like the donburi having just a few pieces of chicken and some uncooked broccoli. That said, they have a happy hour from 5-7 that’s worth stopping in for and you get $1 off a few dishes.
