Pasta, salmon so dry. No any souses. We asked for mayo at least, they bring so late, everything was already cold.
I would not come again 🥴
The food is NOT delicious.

From the moment we walked into The Roundhouse, we knew it was the one. It was actually the first—and only—venue we visited. There were nearly two years between booking and our wedding day, and throughout that entire time, Carrie was incredibly helpful. From recommending vendors to helping us fine-tune all the details, her support made the planning process so much easier.

The tasting event was a fun, memorable way to see the space beautifully set up and sample the delicious food options. Our planning meeting was thorough and well-organized, giving us confidence going into the final stages of planning. We chose not to hire a wedding planner and instead managed much of the planning ourselves in addition to Carrie’s guidance.

On the day of the wedding, Danielle was amazing. She was calm, organized, and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that we had everything we needed. Our guests are still raving about the food, service, and the overall experience.

The Roundhouse is a stunning venue with a truly magical setting. Having the hotel on-site made things incredibly convenient—not only for our guests, but also for getting ready on the day of. The restaurant also hosted a lovely post-wedding brunch the next morning, which was the perfect way to wrap up the weekend. Looking back, our wedding day was even more perfect than we imagined—and we wouldn’t change a thing.

I can only speak for my experience stying over for a quick visit. This place is an absolute gem. Clean, complementary breakfast hanging on the door, and the few instances we dealt with staff were quite on point. If in Beacon, this offers top notch accommodations.

Highly recommend. The location was amazing. We stayed in the hotel building of The Roundhouse Restaurant(keep in mind its two different buildings but same hotel). A few suggestions for the hotel is to add racks to hang towels, also, breakfast were bagels and muffins but the bagels were cold because there’s no option for a toaster. Although, they were fresh. Butter and cream cheese is provided in the mini fridge. I did not try the restaurant because I wanted to explore Main Street (few steps away) where there were tons of restaurants, bars, coffee shops. I would recommend this more as a couples hotel as the room I stayed in had a see-through wall connecting from room to shower. I didn’t mind it as I was with my husband but wouldn’t recommend staying in the same room with family lol. Also, I loved the little amenities provided like waffle cloth robes and makeup remover wipes in the bathroom. My highlight was listening to the fall flow run through steps away from my room. It was so relaxing and I definitely recommend.

My husband and I just had our wedding at The Roundhouse and they were so amazing to work with! Everything was excellent, from their service, their communication, to their food! We worked specifically with their coordinator Carrie Conklin and she was the best! We had some last minute rain about 15 minutes prior to our ceremony that was never in the forecast once. The Roundhouse did an incredible job handling the situation and our wedding turned out better than we could have ever imagined. Their team is top notch and made our special day truly amazing.

The view is nice, but horrible service. From hostess to manager.

I went to the restaurant in Beacon. The menu was scrumptious. Service was amazing and the view and location…it’s all a must visit.

My family and I went to celebrate my birthday. We ordered appetizers and entrees. We were waiting about 40 min and our entrees came out but we never received our appetizers. We let the staff know. There was an accommodation to take the entrees back and put in our appetizer orders. They were apologetic and took the apps off the bill. The food overall was delicious. It was not the best experience for it being the 1st time but I am willing to go back and give it a try for the correction of the food and the food was delish

Nice View. Food was under cooked, getting drinks was slow. Wasn’t a good experience for our 1st time here.

This place desperately wants to be a fine dining establishment but it is not. The food, service, and environment needs work. Inattentive service, food not prepared properly (or at all), hotel guests wandering past the tables through the restaurant with luggage, the bar can seat maybe 5 people which forces larger groups to linger and loiter near tables, employees walking around the restaurant eating, loitering around while guests go with empty drinks and missing orders. In our case they made amends for a major error, which was appreciated. However, based on the general experience we will not be back. Unfortunate because my family enjoys supporting local businesses and restaurants and we spend a significant amount of money on dining for special occasions throughout the year and love finding new spots we can depend on. Management needs to take a careful look at what is going on here before the staff runs it right into the ground and they become another has been spot. The view gets people in the door, but I cant imagine many people returning after an experience like ours.
