Went out in Beacon one day without a plan and ended up at The Vault. This restaurant has been in the city for a long time now and I can easily see why! The staff was extremely friendly and inviting; they were prompt with food / drink orders as well. We decided to sit outside because of the nice weather and watched the place fill up during the 1 1/2 hours we were there. Sitting outside was 100% the right decision too as the patio area is secluded enough that you don’t feel on...
I liked this place, but I was expecting a little more for the prices. Server was very friendly, food visually lookes amazing but was just alright/good. Nothing wowed me. Crab cakes tasted good but were far too thick. Seseme crusted tuna was pretty good, needed more flavor. Pork belly tacos could use more seasoning/salt as well. Drinks were alright, but I hate that the minimum price for a cocktail these days $15.
