Good brunch. Relaxing live jazz music on a Sunday morning while sitting outside.
Update: dinner Open Mic night. App: cheddar bacon stuffed tater kegs. Me: eggplant parmigiana. Him: cheeseburger. Good food and nice music.
Update: great music, stay for dessert.
Walked in and they gave us a choice of seating even though it was expected to be a very busy reservation night. The service was unmatched and the food was amazing. The menu has a variety of food and the entrees were limited but delicious. For dessert the cake and pie selection was amazing. Our waitress was a very sweet and genuine person. The manager or owner was very present and attentive. Loved the live music. Definitely a place to enjoy.
Their caesar salad was delicious
Great food, music, sound and atmosphere!! Highly recommended!!
The food was good and the live music was very comforting for a lovely Memorial Day brunch. I haven’t been to Beacon in about 27 years but this experience made it worth it to come back. I definitely need to come back here for a live performance sometime.
One of the best restaurants I’ve been to so far. The customer service was exceptional. They were friendly with my kids and made the experience worth the visit. There’s is a lot going on in this world and it’s refreshing to be surrounded by friendly and accepting people. Definitely recommend!

Good food and entertainment
Had a real tasty burger with extra jalapeños and Swiss cheese, the fries were great and my wife had a lovely slice of carrot cake
Always a great place to see music, have a good meal, and drink good wine. The sound is great for the bands and any spot in the main room is a good viewing spot. The bar area is fun to hang also. Hope the place stays for 50 more years.
The Towne Crier has one of the best open mics in the Hudson Valley. It attracts a great audience, who come to listen to honest, good music being played by people who love to make music. The food is delicious and the desserts are outstanding.
For the best in food and musical entertainment, The Towne Crier is the number one plave to go.
This place is the worse!
Go there 2.5hrs in advance to get tickets and a table for a venue and they still are going yo charge you at door price. Their so called policy is after 4p the day of venue they charge at door price when I was there 2 and half hours before the venue started and charge at door price at that point! Mind you their website mentioned NOTHING about this after 4p policy and how they charge. It only states $20 in advance which 2.5hrs before is advance and $25 at the door. Get your website information to reflect what and how you charge and what's the cut off time between advance and at door!!
