The team at Yankee Clipper Diner was so patient and kind to our group of 13. As we were waiting for a couple to arrive who were driving 4.5 hours for our gathering they waited for all of us to order. The waitstaff was super friendly, the food was delicious and we all are all so grateful for their service, especially during peak hours this Saturday.

One cold night, all I needed was a hot cup of soup. I was excited for my broccoli cheddar soup, I hadn't even had dinner yet, so I was ravished. A nice gentleman behind the counter of this dinner handed me my expensive soup in a paper bag. Excitedly, I opened my soup in the truck and took a big whiff. Yikes! The smell was what could only be described as a dirty pot after leaving it In the sink for 2 days. Reluctantly, I gave it a chance and took a small scoop: I gagged, how could there be something dry in the middle of a soup? Hundreds of tiny corn starch clumps floated in the matrix of the dreadful soup. I threw the container along with $6 away...what a sham and a shame.

Got here server came took my order didn't check me until I asked for the bill but gentleman next to me was asked if he was good 3 times not friendly nor inviting maybe cause I'm not a regular...food was ok I had steak eggs homfries and toast eggs was great steak no flavor toast burnt o still left a tip

The girl seating customers was cold and unfriendly. The food is overpriced for a diner. No fries came with a $20 burger so I paid $8 for onion rings that were very poor quality. Won't be returning.

A friend and I ordered a light breakfast and coffee. Received check after 20 minutes then after another 15 minutes the waitress asked us if we were paying with cash or card and that prople were waiting. Wow. Funny how I never got the boot when it was 1/2 empty before Beacon's revitalization. I guess I might have earned another 15 minutesat the table if I had ordered a bigger breakfast.

My family used to have breakfast here every Sunday. Today was the first time me and my mom dined in for a very long time! Lots of familiar faces from years ago still here, I enjoy the familiarity :)
Food has improved over the years imo between what we had today and stuff I've ordered from takeout.
Today I had French Toast with sausage links and my mom got avocado breakfast wrap, we enjoyed our meals 👍
If you like unimaginative overpriced Sysco fare, then this is the place for you.

After seeing a 4.5 star rating I had high hopes but that diminished upon meeting the extremely rude owner after that it really went downhill. The food was horrible. I ordered the moussaka which was the worst I ever had. My husband wasn't thrilled with his eggs and corned beef hash which he said tasted like canned Hormel hash. Beacon is known for exquisite restaurants and food and this place was a disappointment. The only positive was the waitress Destiny who was fantastic. I would never ever return to this dive.

We went in while on a tour of Beacon. Im so glad we stopped in! The service was welcoming and sat us at a table right away. They were attentive and pleasant. The food was excellent, warm, and cozy. We loved it!
