Zero starts. Ordering and delivery were friendly and nice but the food was horrible, stale, literally days old and went straight into the trash can. Almost $70 wasted. Never again

Hit or miss at best. While I have had quite good sushi/ sashimi from there before (maybe 2/3 were good and last 3/4 were unacceptable), many orders are not acceptable. Tonight: the sushi sashimi combo was quite flavorless (frozen multiple times? poor quality...?), my octopus was so chewy I had to spit it out and throw them out, the miso soup tasted like dishwater. I am giving up on Kicho.

Ordered from DoorDash and said that Kicho does the delivering. After waiting an hour and half for my food it said it was delivered. No food was anywhere near me. I tried calling and the number was no longer in service. What a scam!! No way to reach them about where my order is or a refund!

True definition of “You get what you pay for” food is delicious, service was excellent

This place is great! Friendly service, excellent sushi, a variety of choice. The avocado sashimi salad is a nice "hidden gem."

Hit and miss. Shumai appetizer (wasabi and regular) delicious. Miso soup horrible, salad fine. Shrimp tempura light and tasty with nicely tempura'd veggies. Beef negimaki almost tasteless...had to add soy sauce and wasabi sauce to even eat...and overcooked, scallions not noticeable. Will pass by in favor of Hito in Kisco. Guess that's why this place has no local buzz.

Poor quality ingredients. Barely any eel in the roll. Avocado were mushy. Worse than what they have at the grocery store.

This is some of the best sushi I've ever had! It's moderately priced for the area but hands-down delicious. We ordered a sweet potato roll, spicy salmon roll, spicy yellowtail roll, and crispy salmon skin roll, veggie tempura, and miso soup; hands down this is THE best spicy salmon and spicy yellowtail roll I've ever had! The tempura was great too, but the rolls are phenomenal. They are closed for indoor dining due to Covid but it made little difference. We snarfed this down in the car with glee and will definitely be back!

Been ordering take out from them for years. Anyone '1 star disappointed' or goofing on salads is just a hater. They have good sushi and we love their thai red curry.

I got takeout for me and my family and we ordered so much food. Everything was delicious and the food was made and packaged with great timing. The tomago was a little more savory than usual and they didn't mark the gluten free soy sauce so it was very hard to tell what was what but the food looked and tasted good. I've been to this location a few times during my trips to Bedford Hills and always enjoyed the food. The restaurant is also beautiful and the staff is friendly and accommodating. If you're ever in town I would recommend that you order to go or make a quick stop because you're guaranteed to have a good time.

So kind and the sushi was amazing! A little more expensive than what I usually pay at Oishii but it’s worth to come here because they are SO nice!
