our experience as a training center was outstanding !!!. The fact that they recognized the mistake on the veggie pie- which was no garlic, no onions, no olives!!!. And did not send it out because they put everything on it!!!.say's they know they're work quite well.!!!. THANK-YOU!!!.
I'm really sorry that I have to post this,but I've been ordering from Italian Affair from over twenty five years.I work for A medical office ?, and we've spent quite a few dollars with Italian Affair over these twenty five years. Every time we place orders, and the new Spanish speaking gentleman take the order there's usually a problem with the order. I've been patient, and not wanting to make a big issue out of the small mistakes let it go. However today...
I order at least monthly from your place. Have been for years now.The delivery service is the pits.The last 3 times the food was late.Last night Thursday, December 21st) was the absolute worst yet. I placed the order at 4:35PM. I always ask how much and how long from any place I order from. Got told 35-40 minutes. Okay that is about normal. I called after waiting 12 minutes past the stated time. Oh we have lot of deliveries and not enough delivery people. Well my order was cold....
