I admire this restaurant! They provide first-cleass food, their menu is decent, The chief cook in that restaurant is an expert, I enjoy very much trying all their dishes. The food is consistently tasty, the attitude towards the guests is agreeable. I visit often this restaurant and I was never discontended. Highly recommended.

Solid 3.5 ! We order from here weekly & we're pleased with everything we order. Their egg rolls are good not great (definitely don't compare to Kwong Ming in Wantagh but no egg roll ever will ). We always get their chicken & rice soup (rice on the side) & they give you a decent amount of chicken & the broth is flavorful. Sesame chicken is quite good. Nice white meat & moist. Beef in oyster sauce is really flavorful as well & beef is tender. So... some dishes are better than others. Prices are pretty good

There is 3 Chinese places where I live. We only go to one which is "Sing Me Kitchen." There was one in Bellmore over by a pizza place. So one day and went over there, and they didn't have pork fried rice because it was run by Iranians! Screw That. So, today, I went to A&J China Star for the first time, and I got their pork fried riced. It tasted so good, but it was hot and fresh!

Have to update my review because I've been frequenting this place so much. This is a solid Chinese takeout spot. Won't blow your mind but you won't be disappointed. Fair prices, great lunch special, and relatively clean by Chinese takeout place standards. If there is significantly better Chinese food in Bellmore, I haven't found it. As a bonus, they make pretty decent Thai food too

This is the absolute worst food I've ever eaten. Stay far away. The order took almost 2 hours to arrive and it was bland and missing items. The egg foo young had no gravy and was terrible the fried rice is inedible and the sesame chicken is all batter and no chicken

I have ordered from China Star on many occasions, the delivery was fast and the food was great. As of late, however, the delivery time has almost tripled and my order has been incorrect twice. Both times I called and spoke to an extremely rude woman. She refused to try and rectify the situation, blamed the error on me and proceeded to hang up the phone. I am extremely upset with this place and WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN.
