The service was outstanding. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We had the baked clams, flatbread fig pizza, and the burger. The burger was one of the most delicious burgers I have ever had. Hidden gem in our neighborhood. The drinks were tasty as well!

A few nights ago was my first but definitely not my last time at Avenue Social Kitchen . I went with my cousin , but i was thinking it's a great " mom's night out " , or a date night , or bring the family ! Very cool ambiance giving me a city vibe . Service was exceptional ! Our server was pleasant , knowledgeable and made us feel like special guests .... like family . Thursday nights are ladies night so we were able to get our delicious cocktails at a lesser price ! So i found it hard to choose my meal because everything on the menu " spoke to me "! I ended up with the seared sesame crusted tuna and my cousin got a shrimp dish with veggies/zoodles. Both dishes were beautifully presented . Both were cooked perfectly. Both were delicious ! I have ordered this dish in different places and i can say this was may have been the best i have had !!! Perfect portion , fresh crunchy micro greens , tasty sauce and perfect proportions ! To finish can't wait to go back ! As an aside , my son was there not long ago for the first time. He and his friend had drinks and apps before catching the train and had the same experience . If you live nearby, take a walk over . If you don't , hop in your car ! You will not be disappointed My new local go to

I throughly enjoyed the food and service here. The ambiance is nice and our meals were fresh! They also have a nice cocktail menu. I enjoyed their spicy margarita which I would definitely get again.

Very nice looking restaurant and bar. Really great service. We both liked everything we ordered but it didn't blow us away. May sit at the bar next time and try more apps. Small feedback is the LED lighting was a little bright for my taste. Ruined thr ambiance for me.

This is my third time at this restaurant. Had a delicious coconut margarita with toasted coconut on the rim. Had apples and salad and a yummy chicken dish. Everyone at the table was happy with their meals and overall great night.

All the food was very, very good. The appetizers and the main courses were all excellent. The cocktails also got rave reviews. We had no idea there was live music on Friday night. For us, it was just too loud. Made it very difficult to have a conversation with our dinner companions. We'd go back if it were a little less busy and more quiet. Perhaps one night during the work week instead of on a weekend. I do recommend the place for the great food.
Everything we ordered from cocktails to dessert was delicious! We were there for over 3 hours and we never felt rushed! Our waitress and the busboy were attentive and friendly. I will definitely go back!!

When I eat at a restaurant in Bellmore, NY which has Manhattan prices, I expect a bit "more" than the typical fare, and I didn't expect cheers/jeers from the bar (the Islander vs. Ranger game was on). I liked the look and ambiance of ASKC, but I wasn't otherwise terribly impressed with the menu or the food. I'm old fashioned. I expect bread with dinner. None offered. The Prix fixe dinner is a good bargain. I had the Rigatoni Pesto. I should have been called Pesto Rigatoni, because it was bathed in the green sauce. The chicken was there, but just hard to find (think camouflage). The Fried Calamari was a good appetizer. I took the chocolate chip cheesecake home for later (this month's flavor). It was quite dry and not memorable. Service was good and we weren't rushed or ignored. However, I was hoping for something special since we live close. I didn't' get it.

We has the best experience. Service was great. Food was outstanding and the atmosphere was just what you want when you go out to dinner. It's definitely a place to go back to. You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I decided to go here for a date night. Have never been there before. The menu had plenty of choices of food and drink. My husband had the grilled octopus and the short rib and I had the pretzel with Brie and the skirt steak. Everything was excellent!!!! The staff was friendly and the manager stopped by our table a few times. Great atmosphere! Will definitely be back!!!

I went here with my partner on Valentine's Day and the service was pretty good. It took a long time to get our drinks, but I did get a special cocktail so that might be why. Our dinner and appetizer was amazing! I definitely recommend the spinach and artichoke dip and the skirt steak! Wow! The cookie skillet was a little over baked but overall good was great! Would come back!
Galentines dinner with my girlfriends was truly a great night! We got three appetizers, each one better than the next. We had the zucchini croquettes, crispy risotto balls and the Brie pretzel. For dinner we had chicken avocado sandwich, fried chicken sandwich and the special lobster ravioli. The drinks were also delicious. We will definitely be back!
