I have celiacs so was very happy when this all gluten free bakery opened, but the quality and service here is absolutely awful. The staff doesn’t seem to have a care in the world; they’re clearly not trained on service or operating. I’ve called ahead so many times, so I don’t have to annoyingly wait on a line, but it’s never ready and they always seem to take 15 minutes to get something I called for 30 minutes in advance.I think this business owner needs to care more about the people in her company and how they operate. Hiring minimum wage employees every couple of month has lead to a STEEP decline in the quality of their food and service. Not to mention their absolutely outrageous prices. $14 for a BEC?! You’d think they would have a smooth professional operation.I would HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else for any food or bagels. And that truly pains me to say since I was so happy when they opened. Not worth it. Find another one of the many restaurants capable of producing food in a timely manner, for a decent price, with happy and well-mannered employees.

The quality of the food is inconsistent. The people that work here are horrible. It seems like they were never trained. And the pricing is absurd… extremely overpriced for what you get. Although pricing is similar to their sister location Barebuns in Plainview, the quality is SO much better there!

Really the best chocolate mousse cake bar gluten-free I've enjoyed. Coffee was fresh and delicious. The gluten-free sandwich bread tastes like regular wheat bread. The napoleon was also good and like a regular napoleon. Steady stream of people coming in for bagels and sandwiches. Cakes and pies, different breads, definitely going back again!

Not sure why I just paid 7 dollars for a SMALL latter. The price on the board says $4.75 and when I asked because i felt bad canceling my order she said tax? Literally four days ago I was charged $4.75 the girl over the counter makes her own number. I used to come here twice a week, no more and never again.

If i could give this place zero stars I would. As someone with a gluten intolerance I was ecstatic to hear about this gluten free bakery. Upon arriving you’re greeted with a vast array of beautiful cakes and deserts, but they’re not as nearly tasty as they seemed. Everything tasted either stale, old or had zero flavor. Not to mention everything costed around $100, which is ridiculous for six items. I would not recommend this place.

I been coming to this bakery a couple of years now. I noticed a big change in this place not the same anymore with the food and the employees that work here very disappointed.

Delicious in store lunch experience. My Turkey club was full of white meat turkey, bacon, cheese, lettuce, and tomato. I took home a full desert spread for the holidays, rainbow cookies deserve 10 stars: Soft, delectable layers of traditional rainbow colored cake layered with perfect jelly topped with a crown of thick chocolate. Quintessential LONG ISLAND.In store available was a fantastic selection in the freezer that included pizzas and other entrees and desserts to take home.

A lot of the pastries have a ton salt on them. I was there with my daughter and we even bought some cinnamon pretzels and they were too salt, couldn’t finish eating them after one bite. The texture was too dry, hope the baker realizes he’s adding way too much salt to everything. I was driving from Connecticut so I couldn’t go back to the store and let them know.

I am a regular customer here due to celiacs. The food supply and quality needs to be checked daily as multiple times I have purchased items from here like the bagelChips and they were inedible due to being so old/stale. For the price point of everything in this bakery, they should be more conscious of their food quality.
