Food/ service/ atmosphere 10/10, changed my rezzy from 8 to 10 last minute and they were very accommodating
The staff and service is always extremely welcoming and attentive. We came in for brunch to celebrate my mother's 74th birthday and had a wonderful afternoon. Our server, David, did a great job taking care of us and the manager, Blake, made sure we had everything we needed. The food is always great and it's always fun to see the new additions to the menu and cocktail list. Will be back!
I'm not going to lie... I was a bit underwhelmed. We've wanted to check this spot out for awhile, but hadn't had the opportunity until recently. We surprisingly got in quasi-quickly... I put in a call and made a reservation and was told the tables were currently open. Upon arrival, we still waited around ten minutes while they cleaned the table. The place was visually pleasant, spacious and welcoming - the staff not as much. They weren't rude by any means, just not as attentive as I thought they'd be with such a price tag. The menu wasn't bad but wasn't good. The choices were slim and not as exciting as we had been thinking. I wound up getting the steak and eggs which was OK, just nothing to write home about. The special 'everything' seasoning on the potatoes was less exciting than presented (and very lighthanded). The bread was delish, however literally two thin strips. My wife had the poached eggs which were nothing special... one actually exploded all over the table (which was not the restaurant's fault). The coffee was served in paper cups... I heard that there had been an accident where the mud had been dropped and destroyed - but for a check that's upwards of $70 for two for breakfast... you could've grabbed replacements from Restaurant Depot to make me at least feel like I'm dining in a classy spot. Everything looked pretty - but I needed more on the flavor front. Honestly, we'll give it another try at some point, just probably not for awhile. Certainly not trying to bash a small business - this was probably just a bad day. Again, not awful - not bad at all... just not great this time around.

Food was great. Atmosphere was cute. Service was horrendous.
If you like waiting around, feeling ignored, seeing everyone else getting serviced when it’s not even that busy definitely come here.

I didn't know that Bluebird Kitchen offered brunch, so I was happy to come here when I was in the mood for some French Toast. The Challah French Toast was so delicious! The raspberry compote added a fantastic, bright fruitiness, and the whipped mascarpone was the perfect, light, and not-too-sweet finish. This was a dish that I'd happily order again.
I came here on a weekday, so the restaurant was very quiet. Service was nice (but a bit slow). I definitely recommend this restaurant for brunch.

This place is great! Had the autumn salad which was delicious. My only comment is that the chicken was burnt...otherwise I would have rated higher.
Gorgeous restaurant! Love the design. Came for Saturday brunch - service was perfect and the creme brûlée pancakes were to die for
Went for the first time today with family. I was very satisfied! Good food. Great service ! Thank you! I’ll be returning very soon!

Christian was our server. He was very attentive and friendly. Our food is always delicious
I happily travel from the East End just to enjoy this restaurant. The owner always takes the time to check in, the food is phenomenal, the staff is fantastic, and the atmosphere is perfect. A special thank you for making my son a grilled cheese even though it wasn’t on the kids’ menu. I truly appreciate it :)
Not sure where these good reviews are coming from. The service is awful, 1 star, even when the place wasn't packed. The server did not understand our order, another one had to come and ask me again for this order: 4 eggs sunnyside up, bacon, toast. The rest of the orders at the table had to be repeated several times. The buttermilk waffle was the only thing at the table even close to respectable, it was very good. The chocolate chip pancakes were burned on the bottom and burnt chocolate is awful. Have to give the food 2 stars. Wrong food delivered, as well, as part of our order. Had to flag down people to refill coffee, refill water, order additional items; was glad our server never showed his face again after initial order though. Atmosphere was nice, 4 stars.
As always, tipped more than what was deserved, don't ever want to punish other staff like busboys and bartenders for the server's incompetence. Yes, still tipped 20%. Will give it another shot in hopes it was a hiccup and will adjust my review of they don't screw up again.

The food was delicious. Different GF choices . The staff was friendly . I have eaten here before and I've made reservations a few days later with another group of people.
Nice interior and new restaurant. Have been wanting to come here for a while. The food is just okay, not very memorable. The thing that stood out the most was the slow unbearable service. One host up front that also busses tables, he was trying his best and a waitress that just disappeared and went mia. Painfully slow service and inattentiveness. The restaurant was mostly empty too.
