I had the best experience at Carvel today! My server-extraordinare Jessica gave me world-class service and kindly helped me pick out the perfect Fudgy the Whale cake! Def coming back! Her boss Amanda was stellar as well! Best Carvel in Nassau!

New ownership, same old place. I'm a huge Carvel fan. I go weekly for a sundae dasher. I avoided this location like the plague in the past. The main reason being is this place smelled like chemicals and the workers/ownership was incompetent. So I went to the location in Wantagh or the one in North Bellmore instead. But I was excited to check this location out.The first thing I noticed was that the workers were much more friendly. So I have to give them that. But that strange smell is still there. I'm not sure how they smell this all day and do nothing about it. I asked for a Reese's PB cup sundae dasher. The workers didn't know how to make a dasher which was the first strike. Then they said we don't have any Reese's PB cups (this happened with the same location when they were under the old ownership). If you know you're out of something, why not go somewhere and pick up a bag of Reese's PB cups? It's just a hot mess that doesn't differentiate themselves enough to justify my business. Go across the street to international and get some gelato and support local business or go to a different location.

What a clean, beautiful Carvel. It's under new ownership by a nice young couple. The whole experience was great and the selection of flavors was amazing. Highly recommend. They even have tables to enjoy your ice cream in the store. Very Nice.

This place is under new management but it's all the same. I've been to plenty of Carvels and none have smelled except for this one. It's a very strange and unpleasant odor. They always run out of toppings for the sundae dashers. But often you don't know that until they start your order. The people working the counter were nice but didn't seem to be trained. There are several other Carvels in the area like Wantagh, East Meadow, and the other Bellmore location. Stay away from this one. Also these recent reviews from other accounts are fake and from new ownership. Please do better...

I had an amazing experience at this Carvel!! I called to place two cake orders. Brianna assisted me over the phone. I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she waited while I looked on their website. She was so patient!! Once I decided and the order was placed, which one cake was for my daughter’s college graduation, she called me back to ask if I wanted the school colors for the piping. It was something I hadn’t even thought of. When she called me back she knew exactly what the colors were for UMD. I so appreciated her personal touch! So sweet! So thoughtful! When I went into pick up the cakes I met Amanda who also worked on my order she too was so kind. Dan the owner should be so happy with his staff. Dan is the new owner and he has brought this Carvel’s standards way up!!! Helpful staff, great flavors, clean and polite. It’s well worth my time to go there then anywhere else.
This store is clean, bright and very good environment to go. Dan is super cool and knows me by name. Go check them out!
