Chicken Holiday Featuring Nathans

Gotta start out by saying a good piece of fried chicken is hard to come by when you do takeout. By the time you get it home it’s usually soggy and not as crispy as you’d want it butttt… This Chicken Holiday has always been consistent when it comes to keeping their chicken crispy! Been coming here for a couple years now and they never disappoint. We usually get only breasts and fries and they’re delicious every single time. We do Nathan’s fries since they’re crispy and soft at the same time, plus who doesn’t love the little red pitchforks that come with them. Besides the food being good and always on point, the best part is their customer service. On 2 separate occasions I just so happen to spark up a convo with the people at the counter, I’m guessing it was the owners on both occasions. Very friendly, incredibly generous and you can tell they care. Will keep coming back for sure ??

Was at your store on Sunday afternoon came from Huntington because I heard you add on the radio.
I came with a friend and the lady that was in charge could not have been nicer the food was great when she had no customers she was cleaning you have a gem of an employee we will be back now we know how to get too your business thanks again we came for the Arthur Teachers.

I stopped in for a burger, chicken Caesar wrap and fries. The burger was a banger! It was the best burger I ever had! Def a must try!! The wrap was filled so much that you needed two hands to hold it and the fries were so tasty and thick! Can’t stop talking about Chicken Holiday. I will def be back

I work for Bestcare, Inc. a homecare agency in Levittown . I ordered the Holiday Buffet for our Nurse's Week celebration held May 8, 2024. The food was amazing. Everyone asked where I ordered the food from. I told tell them "CHICKEN HOLIDAY" in Bellmore. The chicken , shrimp , and ribs was so---oo delicious. The cold salads were great as well. Frankie made the delivery , he was very pleasant and courteous. Going forward, you guys will be my go to place to order from for another company event. Thanks again for making my Nurse Week celebration a big HIT!!!

Chicken Holiday is nod to good juicy chicken with the comfort of home. This was just what I needed!!!! Loved it all the ambience, the service & especially the food. The owners were friendly & welcoming & the staff was welcoming & attentive. You rarely get this service anymore…. Now the food the Ribs was perfect the chicken absolutely wonderful crispy and juicy. The french fries was hot and good & the decor was perfect! I can’t wait to come back

You would not think a couple of chicken cutlets would be difficult for a place named Chicken Holiday but you would be wrong. Greasy, flavorless, and over fried to the point of being rubber. The French fries were at least edible but not anywhere near actually being good. This is the second time I ate here because I wanted to give it another chance after the first time was almost as bad and featured the most expensive, yet completely mediocre mozzarella sticks I have ever encountered, paired with inedible chicken fingers. Don't eat here. It's gross, expensive, and you will regret it.

Have always gone to the Chicken Holiday in Baldwin and was sad to see them close that location. I have only been to the Bellmore location once but the chicken seemed to be as good. They seem to have changed the fries. Now the fries at Chicken Holiday in Baldwin were nothing "special" but I still preferred them for some reason. The new store is definitely cuter looking and has a few tables to eat in. The prices increased which I figured, but they had better lunch specials at Baldwin that included a soda. I will be back to get the ribs and the wings that I also like.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I stepped out I felt like a value customer even though this was my first time there. Everyone was friendly and wanted to make sure I was good. If the food was nasty, I would come back off of the service alone. However, they have some of the best ribs I have had in my life. I can't wait to come back again which is hilarious because I only came this way after visiting a Nutritional Center so I'm going to have to keep my calories low for the rest of the day because this deserves each and every bite

My wife and I are always excited to see Frank and Carla who own and operate this business. Both are always smiling and in happy moods especially when the Nathan's warehouse is out of fries . I'm sure business will really pick up for delivery in towns far away since Baldwin has closed now that was a dirty store .. so good ridence..give Bellmore a call where the chicken wings are flapping and coney island is closer then you think ...

I ordered by phone a fish and chips small tub from the paper menu which consisted of 8 pieces of fish and fris. When I openes the package there was only 2 pieces of fish and fries. I called the store and was told that the difference was that what I ordered was no longer available and I should have ordered from the website. The attitude was it was my fault for not ordering from the website.Three questions. Why wasn't I told when ordering that the item was not available? why wasn't I told when I picked up the order that the item was not available and a substitution of a lesser quantity was done? Why wasn't I told in advance and given approval to make the substitution?The food id good, but must I visually check to see if I am getting what I ordered before leaving the store.Sad situation where I am blamed for the fault.
