Food is a good healthy option. But their menu set up is extremely lacking. They have 3 screens showing menu items. But it does not show many of the menu items. AND they do not even have a full paper menu to look at. So basically you have to go their website before you get there and figure out what you want ahead of time, which is ridiculous. Oh, and the AC is not working, so it is about 95 degrees inside, had to switch out order to to-go because it was extremely uncomfortable. I can not even imagine how the workers are dealing with that for an entire shift. 1 can on the kitchen, no fan in the dining area for customers. An AC unit can be replaced relatively easily and quickly. Poor care for employees and customers alike. Not sure if I will be coming back to this location, which is sad because it used to be the best out of all of them.

On Google, it says they are open Sunday’s, however whenever you try to order online or call, nobody picks up & they say on their site “We are not taking online orders at this time”. When I went to the place they are closed. Not sure if they are closed on Sunday’s now? If so, bad business practice bc that is when many people order out

I use to love coming to energy fuel in Bellmore but they have gone downhill. They never pick up their phone, they constantly get my order wrong. I have a smile order, in fact I get the same order every time. The beach club wrap x2, and the fat burner x2. Every time they make one of each and then I’m stuck waiting there for the rest of my order. On Sundays they don’t bother to pick up their phone. It’s a reoccurring problem and I will no longer be giving this establishment my business. The people they have working there are unprofessional and don’t use gloves on both hands while making the drinks and distributing the food on the shelves (protein brownies). Who ever owns this place needs to reevaluate their employees or perhaps take more pride in their business and run it themselves.

A sad overcooked & bland bison burger. No flavor or even moisture. Almost like eating cardboard. They didnt even bother including ketchup with the delivery. Almost as if they wanted to make sure it was as bland as possible

I love this location! This location has very friendly staff, clean, and most of all, DELICIOUS food and smoothies! I have ordered from Garden City location a couple of times and weirdly my stomach felt weird after drinking their smoothies. I gave this location a try since I live by it, and I have had NO ISSUES with their food or smoothies! Needless to say, I’m there at least 2 times a week!! Definitely a good place to have lunch, or a healthy dinner option. Pictured is the Beach Club Wrap with their Peach Smoothie with protein added!

The food is overall very good, little pricey but nothing too expensive. Only problem i am experiencing here is that i waiting over 40 minutes for my food. I don’t believe that it should take that long to make a quesadilla…
Got a basic cucumber pineapple ginger juice and it sucked, and they add ice in and blend the juice, which I have not seen anywhere before. It give it a weird foam. At first thought maybe it was to make it cold but you actually get less juice because there cutting it. Medium was $9 which it more expensive then some spot in Manhattan and definitely not worth giving the quality and size

This was the worst experience I’ve had. I made a pit stop thinking I can get a smoothie to replace my breakfast. I waited almost 40 minutes for a 11 dollar smoothies that was literally just MILK AND CINNAMON. No texture and not the size I usually pay for when I got to my preferred energyfuel in garden city. I’m beyond upset this was such a waste of time and money

I’ve been eating here for the past 2 years and finally leaving a review bc I saw that this place was only rated 3.6.I would choose this place over almost any deli. If you’re looking for a bacon covered cheese hero you won’t find that here. But you will find is some surprisingly very tasty sandwiches and wraps.

Burgers were overcooked and dry. Hockey pucks. My bun was burned. Sloppy mess. Food was ice cold. Chicken bowl chicken was totally dry. If I had the energy I would've gone back and demanded my money back.
