Waited 20 min for my burrito just for it to fall apart as soon as I grabbed it. The burrito was not rolled how it should have been. It looks like it was "rushed" and thrown together. Also be careful... the price on the menu above the register doesn't match the price on the receipt. It was a couple dollars extra for this "wrap"

I’ve been eating here for the past 2 years and finally leaving a review bc I saw that this place was only rated 3.6.I would choose this place over almost any deli. If you’re looking for a bacon covered cheese hero you won’t find that here. But you will find is some surprisingly very tasty sandwiches and wraps.

Burgers were overcooked and dry. Hockey pucks. My bun was burned. Sloppy mess. Food was ice cold. Chicken bowl chicken was totally dry. If I had the energy I would've gone back and demanded my money back.

Food is always fresh. I have tried basically everything on the menu and my favorite is the bison chipotle bowl , super protein quesadilla and the best protein shake muscle up is unbelievable! Different staff at the counter from days and nights but all treat me good and all very respectful so thank you.

I ordered a custom bowl and Angus burger for pick up and it was prepared earlier than expected. The bowl was absolutely delicious according to my husband, they followed his meticulous instructions. My burger was good as well, it wasn't greasy at all and more on the healthier side as much as a burger can be. 10/10

i wish i could give this place no stars.. just ordered a mango smoothie from this place that tasted like a papaya smoothie?? and i asked for extra mango.. the cheese quesadilla in which honestly how can you make one wrong… was made with an extreme amount of cheese and was cold. my boyfriend on the other hand, was extremely disappointed with his whole meal as well and he’s NOT a picky eater i am which is why i am now writing this review. we spent 50$ on a meal we should’ve just made ourselves..

This place is absurdly overpriced and the food is sub par. moreover, the menu in the store has the wrong prices by a significant amount. I just moved in the area. I got off the train today and decided to grab some lunch. I ordered a protein wrap with sweet potato ff a small side of honey mustard and a bottle of water and it came out to over $26! I asked for a receipt because i couldn't believe how expensive it was. The menu above the register has the wrap listed as $11.50 and I was charged $14. a small side of sweet potato FF is $6.50. A small side of honey mustard is .75 and a bottle of water is $2.50! I am not cheap at all but this blew my mind. I didn't say anything because I assumed the product would match the price. The wrap was a soggy wet mess that I had to eat with a fork. Where there's smoke, there's fire. A place with this many bad reviews has to be doing something wrong. I found out the hard way.

So upset with this place. Loved getting there muffins and acai bowls until the acai bowls turned into half the size and double the price. The acai bowls are insanely small.

Have eaten here in the past and it was good, however our most recent time ordering food it was terrible. The chicken on the salad was unbelievably dry and the bison burger was so over done it was inedible. Seems as though the quality control here has gone out the window, not what you expect when you’re paying $35 for 2 very basic items. Consider another health food place before ordering from here.
I like this location but it's very annoying that this is the third occasion where I came to place an order and they were lights out closed half an hour early. If you're open until 10pm then you stay open u til 10pm. Not a good look for them

Ordered the texas turkey burger and the turkey burger part was a frozen bubba turkey that they cooked and served!! I have them in my freezer and I knew right away!! This place should be ashamed of themselves for ripping people off like that. What a joke

First and last time I'm eating here. Ordered a juice and salad. I received a smoothie, which was GROSS, watery and not what I ordered. Remember, I ordered a juice. The salad was missing its dressing, so essentially the salad was dry. Just gross. Low quality.
