The employees there are very careful with the food and care about the service they are providing. my son has a gluten allergy and they were very thorough with cleaning the machinery before making his sandwich and they really took pride in their work. I was very happy with my service. And sandwiches are delicious. I highly recommend

We placed a catering box order yesterday at Jersey Mike’s, and while it was supposed to be ready when we arrived, there was a mix-up. The assistant manager, Marquis, handled it perfectly professional, caring, and extremely apologetic. They immediately got to work making every sandwich fresh on the spot, and Ryan made each one perfectly. Honestly, the sandwiches were so fresh and delicious that I couldn’t even be upset about the delay.

It’s rare to see an entire staff that genuinely cares, but everyone there was working hard, keeping the line moving, and staying friendly the whole time. The store was busy, and I can absolutely see why it’s clear they take pride in what they do. Great service, great people, and great food!

To be honest, I was very surprised how good the sandwiches were.

while i love jersey mikes, they need to improve on their customer service/staffing issues. we walked in and it was visible the staff had no idea what they were doing and were backed up. there was already about 5 people waiting and about 3 more groups of people to walk in behind us. we stood there for about 20 minutes and were not even acknowledged. one of the employees we even continuing to pull online orders instead of simply saying hello to us sorry for the delay. we were just so fed up from waiting we had to leave. when we were driving away we also saw the people that were behind us walking out. a simple acknowledgment could've made us stay longer. staffing problems and the way customers are treated definitely need to be addressed.

I don't like to write bad reviews, but we had such a bad experience yesterday that I wanted to warn others. We walked in around 2pm and there were 2 people working behind the counter, but what looked like at least a dozen bags for online orders. The employees seemed overwhelmed, and I was wondering if we were going to have to wait a while for our food. We had to wait a few minutes for them to take our order, and when they were making our 2 sandwiches, they were also trying to make a bunch of the online orders at the same time. The 2nd person on the line seemed confused as to what to do. While this was happening person after person started showing up to pick up their online orders, and none were ready. We went to pay for our food, and the person rang us up for $36 for 2 mini sandwiches with chips and a drink - luckily I caught that just before my husband tapped his card.

After we paid, I noticed 1 employee sitting at a table on break, and another sitting in the back area. How do you have 2 people (half your staff) on break at the same time? We finally sit down with our sandwiches and they were terrible. I had wheat bread and my husband had white bread, and they were both stale. The 3 very thin slices of meat and 2 very thin slices of cheese had zero flavor, so we basically felt like all we ate was bread. All in all a very poor experience. This is what happens when you sell out to Private Equity!

Homeless individual bleeding, allowed to camp out inside the facility. Obviously this individual was in need of help and authorities should have been contacted but weren't. This didn't make for a positive atmosphere for food consumption. I won't be coming back!

My Philly cheese steak was terrible yesterday 12/17/24. Meat was super dried out and cheese wasn’t melted and stale bread. What happened to the standards? Was a regular to this location. I did use uber eats but my delivery came in less than 10 mins so it wasn’t their fault

I stopped in for a quick pickup, and the staff were amazing from the start. The lady at the counter greeted me warmly and let me know someone would be right with me. Bron and Adrian prepared my sandwiches , following all the special instructions. The service was excellent, the food was great, and the place was clean. I highly recommend it!

**Review of Jersey Mike's in Bellmore**

I recently visited the Jersey Mike's in Bellmore, and I have to say, it was a disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow, and it seemed like the staff didn’t care at all about the customers waiting in line. They were moving at a snail’s pace, taking their sweet time to change gloves and perform other tasks.

Despite the line growing longer and longer, the staff decided to clean the grill, even though no one in line wanted a hot sandwich. This was completely unnecessary and only added to the wait time. It took a ridiculous 20 minutes for me to get just one sub.

Overall, the service at this location needs serious improvement. The staff's lack of urgency and indifferent attitude made for a frustrating visit. I hope management takes notice and makes the necessary changes to speed up service and ensure a better customer experience.
