Make sure you’re very clear when ordering food from this place they tend to get it wrong nine out of 10 times. and they almost always forget to give you the sauce that’s supposed to come with the special rolls.. Ordered an appetizer they delivered a dinner three times the price

Food was good. My friend took me for my birthday. We spent a lot of money and after we ate we were asked to leave our table by the manager because he had a big part my coming in. Absolute turn off. Staff is not friendly and just wants to shuffle people in and out. I will NOT return.

We had a 6:30 reservation. We got seated pretty quickly. My grandad and I both ordered the Surf and Turf. The only complaint I have is the service. They swapped our dishes 5 times because they didn’t know which one was medium rare or medium well. The dishes ended up wrong anyways. My grandfather and I swapped the dishes ourselves. Water and sauces were forgotten as well but they brought it out when I expressed my concerns. Food is good though.

The Best!!! Japanese restaurant in south Bellmore, the Manger by the name Rain, and the waitress by the name Jane are the Best!!!! To the customer service to the food, I love going to spend my money knowing I'm going to have great service, you won't regret it I definitely recommend ? ? ?,Parking: Get there early because it dose get very busy and you won't have any parking,

I love this place!! The service is so quick and the staff is so kind. I had a guy with a beard.. don't know his name but he was great as a waiter! The food is delicious and always tastes so fresh.. the dessert is great too and the ambiance is cool! I totally recommend going here.

A great time was had by all, including the birthday girl on our recent visit to Kashi at Bellmore!Had the most attentive and friendly staff. The food was fresh and didn't wait long to be served.Will be coming back soon, for sure. Parking can get sparse. May need to be creative.

This place is a gem, from the atmosphere, to the food, to the customer service. The staff is extremely friendly and provide great service. The food comes out fairly quick and fresh. 10/10. I got the miso soup and the shrimp tempura roll.Parking: Depending on the time you go, it may be hard to get a parking spot for both the RVC and Bellmore location.

Had one of the worst experiences with a waitress today. Her name was Jean. There's usually a service tip included within the bill every time we go. We're frequent customers. We love the place. She was absolutely horrific. Did the absolute bare minimum and then when we payed for the bill, we walked outside and she followed us. SCREAMED AT US "I don't work for free, you forgot your tip"!!! I'm horrified. It's illegal to force a tip out of any customers. Obviously we tipped her but it was out of absolute shock. She forced a tip out of us and that is never ok.
This will continue being the best sushi place I have been to. Food and staff are wonderful!

Been ordering for years, no complaints but after ordering $168 to go and calling about a missing spider roll I was told to send a picture to show it was missing. The person then accused me of eating it over the phone in front of my guests. Over a $13 roll I will never give them the business again without an apology.
