Panera Bread sucks now. If it wasn't for the fact that my sister still loves the Grilled Cheese, Mac 'n' Cheese, and Chocolate Chip Cookies I'd never order from here or go here again. The menu change last year combined with the outrageously expensive prices means that Panera Bread is now a complete rip-off. Not to mention that the Mac 'n' Cheese has a cardboard-like texture now. I wouldn't be upset if Panera Bread ever closed down all its stores for good.

I decided to use a deal I had with Panera and try out their newest croissant/bread combo sandwich. I opted for the cheese one. I also got a coffee. I have grown to enjoy Panera. The food is decent or really good, the cheese croissant sandwich was great. Lots of veggies, sandwiched in between bread and cheese. The coffee is good too. I belong to the sip club which is a great deal unlimited coffee, tea or anything from their fountain all day and you can get a new drink every two or three hours. My mom used to love Panera. She passed away in 2017 so now my dad and I eat at a panera location once in awhile and we make new memories and think of my mom.

Have to say what a rip off for the price of a cup of soup. Ridiculous
The person, a short woman, is very rude when serving food. Her attitude is terrible. I don't understand how they can work with customers. I ordered the food to eat at the restaurant but because of the poor service of that woman I took the food to eat in the car

Can this place ever get an order right? (Merrick Rd in Bellmore location) If they would focus on their job and not gossiping in Spanish ( I speak the language) to each other, maybe just maybe they would do things right! If I ask for a bacon Mac n cheese don’t give me a plain Mac n cheese and COLD to make things even worse. My tomato soup was so watered down I had to dump it down my kitchen sink! I have never picked up an order at this Panera location that has been prepared correctly. Do yourself a favor and just shut down. We don’t need your horrible service in this neighborhood. Oh and the girl at the register looks very unhealthy, maybe give her some of your cold soup and stale bread!

Nicole the manager is rude , condescending, and thanks to her rudeness , know that she has worked there for over 20 years (I think 26) because she put me in my place as the customer that did not know what she knows as a Panera employee. Nicole , maybe you have been there too long, that you think you know it all, and you should probably complete some customer care training . You have left such a bad taste in my mouth - no pun. I think I need a break from your store # 204664 : And perhaps Panera overall. The service and the food seem to be slipping . Good luck if you are a patron Hopefully the manager Nicole is not on that shift if you need a manager .

In what stretch of the imagination would it be ok to serve people rotten food? The real question here is, who would have the audacity to slice that avocado up and place it on a sandwich!! Absolutely a sin to pick up your $50 order, drive home and find this! I’m disgusted with this Bellmore Panera location. Get some proper management.
