Reliable Italian Restaurant with better than average food and prices. In this day and age of minimal menu selections, Piccolo is just the opposite. Lots of traditional Italian offerings for dinner along with specials and combination plates. (eg. Chicken & Eggplant Parm among many others) Wine selection is great as well. Gratis slice of Sicilian Pizza & Bread for starters. Depending on your entree selection, there is a free house salad. Can be a bit noisy at peak times but if you're from an Italian family you've learned to live with it. Enjoy!

Anytime I am in the area I will go back. Everything was excellent from the service to the food they made you feel at home.

Been going there since 1999. Always treated well. Food is consistently good. Great family casual dining. Had my wife's surprise 40 th birthday there in 2004. We live in Florida now, first place we go whenever we are back.

Frankie greeted us at the entry & was very personable & friendly. He gave us a roomy table that was perfect for us! The server & bus boy were efficient, polite & had very good customer service skills. The food was terrific...baked “whole” clams, & calamari were delicious appetizers. I had the shrimp Francais which I loved & my family had scungilli, lasagna & chicken Roberto which they also thoroughly enjoyed! We were too full for dessert but Frankie was very generous to provide some tartufo with cookies & whipped cream...just heavenly & somehow it all disappeared!! Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We have been to this restaurant many times, but this time we were all pretty much disappointed. I ordered the veal and chicken masala and it had no taste the lasagna list stuff with sausage meat, which wasn't mentioned on the menu unfortunately I didn't realize it until we got home because I only had a little piece at the Restaurant won't be going back anytime soon.

Had an awesome mom’s night out in Piccolo! Amazing food, every dish was delicious. Great service provided by friendly and attentive
staff . Not to mention our favorite bartender Jen, who makes an amazing martini! Warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for any occasion!

Highly recommend. Great food and service! Always appreciate the tasty food, especially recommend the francese. Frank the Manager was so helpful with a catering order, they even do same day catering. Thanks for being a great staple in Bellmore.

Great place

Attended a celebration of life luncheon this past Saturday (8/23) at this restaurant and everything was amazing. The food was delicious and portions were extremely generous. I highly recommend their signature Chicken Scarsala dish. The only negative is that we wished we would have been able to have one of the private rooms they have available but the food and service made up for it. We had 2 waitresses assigned to our party Francesca and Mindy and they made our luncheon pleasurable. It is not easy to serve a large group of people to begin with, now add in that they are also grieving and this can be extremely challenging but these girls navigated our group with ease. Not only did they cater to all our needs, they were courteous, professional, attentive and truly a pleasure to have wait on us. Thank you Piccolo’s for making this day a little easier for us and Kudos to Francesca and Mindy for a job well done!!
