We used to go here and order from here all the time back 10 years ago. Stopped by with my son for nostalgia sake and boy was I disappointed.We went at 1130 am and looked at the pizza. Plain pie looked like it needed to be revived but the pepperoni pie looked fresh.Ordered 2 slices but I was handed 2 slices from under the counter which I believed to be yesterday's left overs.Pizza wasn't heated thoroughly and was utterly disgusting.Additionally, my 3 year old pointed out that there was a dead fly on the plain pie on display.My opinion: Consider other options when ordering local pizza.

How do you %*$! up pizza? Go here and find out. Pizza is undercooked and the Sicilian slice is like eating a loaf of bread with sauce and cheese...just awful. Gave it a try because they have a sign that says they have now have an Italian pizza maker (that's an indication of how bad it used to be). That didn't help.

my father went to this place in the 70s and the fact it’s still there has to mean something.... i know when they switched owners a while back it went down a little bit but still packs delicious flavors !

Tried Chicken Marsala dinner. BLAND TOUGH DRY CHICKEN NO SAUCE Worst meal i have ever tasted. Military MRE are Better. Save your money go anywhere else. Dumped in garbage 80% of the food. YUCK.

I have loved Pizzelli's since I moved here almost 20 years ago. The new owners however have completely ruined the taste and flavor that Pizzeli's used to have. My mom and I recently went there and ordered a cranberry walnut salad. Mistakenly we brought it home without looking at it. It did not have cranberries or walnuts or pears like the description said and it had very old lettuce Caramell popcorn black olives red peppers stale cashews and stale almonds do I need to continue? We also ordered a spinach roll that tasted like nothing except sourness. The two workers were not wearing masks or gloves and the place was dirty. We should've just left, do yourselves a favor and don't even bother! This one star is only because I can't but zero.

I am a new yorker who has been eating pizza 40 plus years and this was a major disappointment. I had a sicilian slice and a chicken roll. The food was terrible. The place was dirty and the guy working there was eating his lunch when I came in. He got up right away but was not wearing a mask and did even have one on him. I don't give a lot of bad reviews unless they are warranted and trust me this was. I would suggest going somewhere else because this place does not deserve their 4.1 start review.

The plain pizza good. But gave me the wrong order. I Ordered Sicilian pizza and they gave me a regular pie. I told the manager several times but he claims that I did not order Sicilian. My family was there when I ordered and I gave them extra money and they refused to give me my Sicilian pizza. I waited an extra 30 minutes for my pizza to come and the manager sad I have to pay for the plain pie even though we did not touch nor order it. At the end, the manager was very rude and I just had to settle with the plain pizza pie. Overall the service is not so good because the manager does not listen to the customers.
Worst pizza I have ever had. It was old pizza that was reused by putting toppings on it reheated and sold. Topping was mushroom and meatballs. They were black. Was not good weather otherwise I would of brought it back. New owner for two months. Owner prior to him was the best pizza I have ever had. What a disapointment.

We ordered a pie and was disguised. For starters we asked for a freshly made pie. We got a pie that wasn’t fresh at all. You can tell by the cheese no melts stringy cheese. We also asked for half the pie with mushrooms and pepperoni. It was thrown on top of a plain pie. We also asked for extra cheese and he just sprinkled the cheese on top of the mushrooms and pepperoni. A good pie everything should be blended in one. Sauce cheese and topping all together. You can see the layers of the cooked pie and then topping and then more cheese. A big fail!!

I recently had a pizza and garlic knots. The pizza was delicious and the garlic knots were very fresh and flavorful. I highly recommend this place.

Had been meaning to try this place, so we stopped in tonight as we needed something quick to eat. The people working their were very pleasant, and the slices all looked good. We left with a chicken salad slice, which was tasty, and a eggplant slice. My wife liked the eggplant slice but said it was a touch sweet, sauce wise. Overall we enjoyed it, I think I would do a 3.5 out of 5, but I am rounding up. We will definitely go back and try some other different slices in the future. Solid!
