Went with my Son and Parents, We were greeted and seated very promptly. Nice atmosphere and clean settings. Inside and out. The food, especially their Burgers, are amazing and delicious with countless combinations of unique flavors and tastes.

Food was not bad, couple of dirty forks and knives but that can be excused. Service was almost non existent. Even asked the greeter for help with the app... never happened. oh well maybe just a bad day for them.

Totally solid four stars with change here. We liked the branch in Carle Place, but allergic to Carle Place craziness (especially the parking), so we were glad to see this in a spot that is more convenient for us. My wife is a dedicated Paleo diet adherent, so she is happy that they are Paleo friendly when you order a burger with a lettuce bun. I love their crispy chicken sandwiches, with a substantial array of condiments piled on. Their beer selection hits most of the beers I like, such as Modelo, Sam Adams and Stella. Places get extra points from me when you ask about the beer selection and they don't start with Coors and Bud Lite. Seriously now, do I look like someone who would order Bud Lite? Lately, we have been very happy with their side of zucchini fries - especially since they keep bringing extra helpings. We have a very pleasant designated waitress named Jen who is extremely pleasant and helpful. Lots to love here, so I recommend it very highly.

Waited for over 10 min for a server to arrive at our table. Waited another 15 for our drinks bc our server was "waiting on the appetizer to be done". Where is the logic there? Food was ok, but service is poor. Would not return.

I am a food delivery driver. I waited a few minutes for an order to be put together. Kateiedisplayed excellent customer service. She brought me a free order of fries for waiting patiently. And she also gave me a good rating.

Came in on a Saturday night. No wait for a table but we waited to be seen for 10 minutes. We then sat waiting for our waters for 30 mins. Went up to the bar to get our own water and found our server talking to other servers with seemingly no intention on bringing us our drinks. Will not be returning.

Tried this place out and am impressed. The burgers tasted great and they offer many different styles and options. I definitely enjoyed the bottomless fries that come with every burger.. They also offer many great appetizers such as the stack of onion rings which comes with great tasting sauces. They also offer some healthy options.

I really wanted to like this location the parking lot was very easy to get to you in the location was great to unfortunately from the time that we walked in I was immediately disappointed members of our party were waiting for us with small children and they wouldn't see them Intel all people were there which were kind of a ridiculous policy specially when it's dinner time with little kids from there are things just got worse our server didn't understand that we wanted to fire the kids meals first and waited until everybody put in an order so their food came out last which is odd when it's a family friendly location also was very difficult to get extra catch up napkins and our server neverThe burgers were very delicious though and the portions were perfect I just wish that we could've gotten her check sooner and that the service had been much better probably won't visit this location again

I was at a friends house celebrating Christmas Eve. It's always a good time and they have great appetizers, drinks and dinner. While catching up with some family I felt a gurgling in my tummy. I tried to ignore it but it continued. I wasn't sure if this was just gas or possibly something more. As it became evident I would need to see a man about a horse i started considering options. I could use the bathroom adjacent to the bar but didn't know how long I would be and didn't want a line to form. I had considered going upstairs but assumed that bathroom was more for the family who owned the house and would have been embarrassed if they came up only to find it occupied. Then I remembered a couple years ago they opened one of my favorite burger joints only 0.2 Miles from their home. I pulled in and the place wasn't very busy. I walked past the host station and saw a sign "restrooms" I walked directly to the handicap stall and sat down in what felt like my private bathroom throne. I did my business while scrolling through Facebook reading all the wonderful holiday posts. When I finished I said Merry Christmas to the Bartender and made my way back to the party! I would highly recommend Red Robin. Staff was friendly, bathroom was clean and roomy and they made my visit, while short, very nice!

I got the vegetarian burger, there's an option to replace any burger with impossible burger but the ingredients in this burger made it really healthy. The avocado with the grain patty was a nice touch with broccoli. The decor is very modern and witty but the place could be more cleaner, the bottle of seasoning on the table was clumpy and the tables were a little sticky. The service is wonderful and the waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. She made sure we got a second round of sides on time and made our experience enjoyable. I would go back here again!
