Food was ok, I won’t be returns as it was mine and my partners first time there. The only modification I asked for was no cilantro because of food allergies. There was cilantro in the dish. Then when I called, the phone was taken off the hook and put down on the counter. Disappointed and we will be looking elsewhere for similar food.

Went in for their new Braised Brisker grilled cheese that they were advertising on their instagram. When I ordered it, I showed the cashier the picture twice to confirm it will look like the picture they have advertised, she assured me it would. Well when I got to my car to open it, it was a BIg Joke! 1/4 amount of meat with no cheese. See picture to see what I got!! I got fooled never again!

The sandwiches were really really good, but unfortunately they left out part of our order and we didn’t realize until we got to the beach 🥹
Staff was friendly and helpful. Store was very clean and well taken care of.

Good, but a over priced. For a tad over 20 bucks, you should be stuffed. Didn't even get chips, just a cold turkey wrap and an iced tea.
Great place if you love chicken caesar salad! Been going here for a while and have almost always had a very positive experience. Shoutout to Grace for her professionalism and helpfulness.

They make a really good sandwich here. Delicious traditional (and several imaginative) sandwiches round out a nice menu of choices that also includes salads. The Country Fried Chicken sandwich and the Cuban sandwich are excellent and portions seemed generous. My other half and I split a Country Fried Chicken sandwich on one visit and it was the perfect lunch.
Though there is limited seating, this is a take-out place, albeit mid- to high-end take-out (think Diner Boys). It is not inexpensive, but then you're not eating Jersey Mike's or Subway sandwiches here; while the dining area here is similar to those type of places, the quality, taste and style of these sandwiches are well above them. We felt the pricing was a bit high for what is a primarily take-out place, but we plan to go back to see about the raves on the Philly Cheese Steak and the Crispy Chicken alla Vodka, which we didn't try on our initial visit.
One thing to note if you don't order ahead: you'll wait longer than you might expect, especially for sandwiches like the fried chicken, which is obviously prepared fresh when ordered. We came at a completely quiet time (7:20p), and were just about to the point of asking when we'd get our order when it came out.
While the service was fine for counter service, we didn't experience the same level of service some reviews here have mentioned; it was simply a counter transaction.
Parking is street parking only, and is limited; we got there just in time to get one last available space on Merrick Rd directly in front of the business (there is a fire hydrant there, which limits the storefront to about 3 spaces). While there were a couple of spaces available on the side street, that was about all there was. I don't think I'd want to have to try parking there or crossing against traffic during rush hour, when this section of Merrick Road is jammed.

Got the new “wagyu” chopped cheese sandwich. Possibly the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. Absolutely positively NOT wagyu meat. Meat wasn’t even chopped up. Just patties on a hero. The lettuce on it was brown and old. Place is usually decent. DO NOT ORDER the “wagyu” chopped cheese.

The cashier, Grace, recommended her favorite sandwich and I decided to try it out. Best turkey and avocado wrap I’ve ever had. AMAZING customer service and food. Will definitely be back!

The grilled chicken cessar salad is really good it went beyond my expectations. A bit pricey for me ($15) but well worth it. The cashier was chill and got my order in under 5 minutes

Ordered 2 Mediterranean bowl salads for take out(not the first time). Witness the girl who prepared my food, only had one glove on her right hand, her left hand had no glove on yet she scooped out the chicken pieces off the spatula into the bowl with her bare hands!!!
I said to the girl who took my order What I just witnessed, she looked at me surprised, yet nothing was said & clearly no manager there. Those who place food orders over the phone and don’t witness the preparation I can only imagine.

The staff tonight at Bellmore location was so rude over the phone. I Asked for manager or to have a manager call me back and I was told no. Asked again but he ignored me. All because I Tried to place an order but he Wouldn’t take a coupon that was there coupon and was good till April. I will not spend my money there any longer. Which is unfortunate because food is great. Kids like it. I’ll just use other locations than Bellmore in the future.

Wow their roast beef and cheese melt is like a French dip sandwich. Insanely delicious. Got their chicken vodka sandwich and it was perfectly cooked, the sauce was excellent and perfect chicken to cheese ratio. Their French fries with the chipotle mayo sauce is like crack. Loved everything about this spot. Can’t wait to be back!
