Let me start by saying such a nice aesthetically pleasing inside and drive thru line, butttt the service here is so hit or miss the drag when it comes to making drinks and getting through a line. Pretty much any other Starbucks the workers hustle at this location you could easily spend 30 mins waiting inside and outside actually kinda pathetic and disappointing.

As I was pulling through the drive through, my younger cousin who has Tourette’s yelled out loud a silly name he had heard on the television. The worker then proceeded to make fun of him and he also refused to sell my family and I our food. This is ridiculous and disgusting behavior. Fire him immediately!

I cannot say enough about the customer service at this Starbucks. Absolutely superb every time my daughters and I go there. This morning my daughter stopped on her way to college and someone wrote a little message on her bag that totally made her morning. Whoever did that, “Thank you”. Great staff! Always welcoming. Always greeting you with a smile and telling you to have a great day.

LONG!! Wait for drinks, Counters were filthy with spills and crumbs. Watch staff put bags of customers’ food right into the spills. Staff acted like they were overwhelmed and didn’t care. There was a large puddle on the floor that seemed to be growing from a leak.

I ordered an ice white chocolate grande mocha. It tasted like sweet milk no coffee add to this drink unfortunately was unable to go back to have it fixed.

Never had any less than a great experience at this location. A lovely barista once told me I looked like Sabrina Carpenter when I was CRUSTY and the coffee was good. 10/10 ?
Haylie was very helpful when I couldn’t decide what to order. She explained menu items and was very knowledgeable and patient. Drink I ordered was perfect. I will be coming back here regularly!
