They pull a good espresso 85% of the time, the other 15% isn't that bad. The kid Brian was great, don't see him anymore. If I'm not making my own, I'm getting it from here.

This starbucks is absolutely ridiculous. I have spent hundreds going here just to get the same experience. The workers repeatedly fail to provide good service. There has been multiple encounters where I have ordered on the mobile app, scheduling my order ahead of time. It was ready at 3:50 ended up getting it at 4:10 just because they left it behind the counter. They NEED to get new workers!! or at least advise their workers on what to do. They are extremely rude, never apologize for any inconvenience. Confused on why my drink would be sitting behind their counter the entire time when i’m paying my money and wasting my time.

Always rude , no matter who it is at the drive thru.Today was just as bad. Not sure what the issue is with this location and why they can get away with being rude. They never have anything, always conveniently running out of certain items so certain drinks can't be made. I definitely try to avoid driving thru but sometimes unavoidable. But if I can I would drive an extra 5 min to another location.
This location can be busy at certain hours. They keep forgetting to complete my mobile order for pickup 50% of the time, which is simple hot pike coffee.

I come to this starbucks almost every morning around 530 600. Always friendly, joyfully, and having great customer service. I also like the fact that they remember my name. It's like the know me 😆 . The only bad experience I had was with a new barista trainee . He made my coffee wrong, it tasted bad, he was new, so I gave it a pass.

Don’t get a drink with more than 2 recipes or the baristas will mess it up and give you an attitude afterwards if you inform them that it was made wrong. (Have had the same drink 1000 times prior at other SB’s).

Better than the Starbucks in Wantagh! Not that the Wantagh one is bad, but this one has much better product availability and is more modern looking, compared to the Wantagh one which is out of products more often and looks like some underground dungeon.
