This location is okay but we tried to go here at 3pm on Saturday November 29th 2025 while we were in a rush and it was closed. I would like an answer as to why they were closed at 3pm on a Saturday. Very disappointing. Thank you.

I ordered my drink ahead on the app. When I arrived at the drive thru, there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Each car must have waited at lease 7-8 minutes each to place and receive their order. I don't have any idea what was happening, but overall I waited 20, yes 20 minutes to get to the window to get my drink. This happens alot at this particular location for some reason. When I got to the window, the guy was extremely nice, but absolutely no apology or explanation of what...
