Truly well made authentic food is extremely difficult to find these days. El Taco CHINGÓN is the absolute #1 Best AUTHENTIC Mexican food on Long Island. If you’re able, it is a must stop destination in New York.
Hands down, the best authentic Mexican I've ever had outside of Mexico. I work in Queens and used to go to Jackson Heights for my Mexican food. This place is better than any of those places.

We were looking for a good Mexican spot and we went with el chingon. The food was extremely fresh and flavorful, definitely made with love unlike a few Mexican spots around. The nachos were great, and well worth it with the portions. Birria was tender , burrito was huge , everything was amazing. Highly recommend.
