I tried the chocolate and vanilla-it tasted more like soft serve instead of frozen yogurt. It’s would be nice to see calorie info posted and some seating would be nice

The cleanest, most delicious, and nicest TCBY we’ve ever been too. The young man working today was so kind to our family as they vigorously loaded their cups. We weren’t the neatest customers and they were so kind telling me not to worry and cleaned up instantly for us. We will be regulars :).

Owner of place is very rude. I cane in and and had a drink from Panera empty nd threw it out and used the bathroom. He starred me down as I walked in for at least 3 whole minutes. I go to the business everyweek next store so I use the bathroom at Tcby and get ice cream. So I use the bathroom I flush and see everything goes down and clean up after myself. Then I got to my appointment next store. He comes into my appointment next store and starts screaming very unprofessionally. He said it's clogged. Well pal maybe u need to get your toilet checked out. Not only I was in another store the other store is a relax and quiet office. The guy was using foul language and very rude behavior. I will never spend 7 dollars in there again after using the bathroom for 1 scoop of ice cream after u weigh it. What a rip off. If u add topping the sundae adds up. Too much probably 15 dollars a sundae. I will never go in there bc of his behavior again. Rude man and ver unhappy and must not be a happy person. Miserable life. Actually. Maybe u should sell your business.

They have good frozen yogurt, a variety of toppings, and it is always clean. However, their prices are very high and they do not accept coupons. I came in with a coupon that I got FROM THEIR WEBSITE, it had THEIR ADDRESS ON IT, and they would not take it. Do not offer the coupon online if you will not accept it. Will not be returning.
First time here and won't be my last! Young gentleman employee is professional, courteous, and helpful. 5 stars!!

The boy who works Tuesdays is very rude and unsanitary. He claimed to be the manager. The place is unsanitary, as the manager did not wash his hands or put on gloves before serving the tasters of the yogurt flavors.I called today to discuss this situation with management. The boy picked up and spoke very rudely/attacking me again.Yesterday, I asked to handle the taster cups myself, he refused to let me. I asked him to wear gloves, he refused and mouthed off to me. I hesitantly approved him doing it for me without gloves, and then he did not want to anymore and refused to serve me at all.Not only will I not return to this awful location where the service and health standards are entirety unacceptable, I will be reporting them to the DOH.Hopefully the owners of this location see this feedback and let go of the unprofessional staff member who does not know how to handle their product or their customers. 0/5 stars.
