This truck came to a school that I currently work at and I was BLOWN AWAY by the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on one of the best Italian rolls I have ever eaten. The bacon was perfectly crisp and SO FLAVORFUL. The egg was cooked just the way you would want a perfect egg, or two, to be cooked. Cheese was amazingly flavorful. I have been in the tri-state area for 60 years and this was, bar none, THE best B,E & C sandwich I've ever had!

I had the big cheese before an islanders game at UBS… let me tell you.. 10/10!!! We started with the mac and cheese.. the cheese was out of this world.. we then shared the grilled cheese is a must. The owners couldn’t have been nicer. Would definitely recommend!

I was recommended the hot chocolate and I tried it and it changed my life. No exaggeration necessary. I came back for more. Chocolatey with even more chocolate at the bottom and whipped cream and caramel. Incredible stuff. Automatically in a better mood and warmed up at The Park at UBS Arena. Their grilled cheeseburger is stellar as well and great people. If there’s a business to support it’s definitely these guys. Especially if ur coming to UBS.
