I was recommended the hot chocolate and I tried it and it changed my life. No exaggeration necessary. I came back for more. Chocolatey with even more chocolate at the bottom and whipped cream and caramel. Incredible stuff. Automatically in a better mood and warmed up at The Park at UBS Arena. Their grilled cheeseburger is stellar as well and great people. If there’s a business to support it’s definitely these guys. Especially if ur coming to UBS.

They made the party. From start to finish they were amazing. Came early, went far above and beyond - even using their own tent to help since it was raining. They brought the food to us rather than have people stand in line in the rain. Then as a surprise, they made us fried Oreos!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. Best food truck I’ve ever experienced.

I have been tracking this truck down for years. Crissa makes the without a doubt the best grilled cheese sandwhich. Although she has mainly private event rentals she does occasionally do fairs. When she does, I’m there. I can’t wait for the next event I can grab my grilled cheese. If you’re doing a private event. Hire her. She is also one of the nicest people you will meet.

I would like to share this review based on the customer service I received during the course of researching food trucks for my son’s 30th birthday party. Plans fell through with another food truck when The Big Cheese food truck was referred to us. We received a response from Chrissa when we reached out and receive an immediate response. We figured out that our dates and times weren’t going to work as she was already booked. That would have been the end for most businesses, but not for Chrissa. Chrissa went above and beyond to assist us with referrals and even went a step further to assist us with reaching out to some of her colleagues. This level of customer service is hard to find these days and the fact that we were so lucky to cross paths with Chrissa at The Big Cheese was a blessing we really needed.
