Words cannot even begin to describe how much I love the food here! The Half Fried Tortellini, the Griddled Cheese (with or without the egg still fire), the Midnight Special, Doobie Snack, Pre-Rolled Fried Cake. Man I am completely obsessed with this food truck and I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys delicious food. John is such a talented chef, I’m never disappointed.
If you haven't tried this truck out you are missing out . The food is soooo good . I tried different things both times I went . The first time was the lasagna sandwich they had and I also got a chance to try their jumbo shrimp sandwich they had with a Doobie snack that hit the spot . The second time I got the steak and cheese , pre rolled mozzarella joint's , and some delicious dessert with pudding whipped cream vanilla Oreos and suga snacks cereal for topping. ? My niece that came with me loved everything also . This is definitely a truck to try you won't be disappointed ? . .... S/b shout out to the cook and the owners they are nice people respectful kind and professional . I will return again

I come to this food truck at least once a week. Everything on the menu is great and made fresh to order. Recently they have been changing up the menu which has been awesome as well. The best late night food around!
I have yet to visit in person, but I order from Uber Eats every so often. I always get the same thing; a Griddled Cheese with fried egg. It’s such a fire take on your typical Bacon Egg and Cheese, and I highly recommend it!
However, 2 orders ago, I didn’t get the fried egg in my sandwich. I felt a little disappointed, but I understand that everyone makes mistakes. I gave them another go last night, and I’m glad I did. I simply put in the notes to please remember the fried egg, as it was left out last time. Not only did they get it right, but to my surprise I also got an extra sandwich on the house, as well as this lovely note. It was cool they remembered me and my Yoo-hoo, too; that slipped my mind entirely ?
All in all, with fire food and exceptional customer service, I couldn’t recommend them enough. ?
So much fun! Been following on instagram for a while and we finally went and it didn’t disappoint. The Hippie Chicken and loaded tots were amazing but the pre-rolled fried sweet corn cake was superb. I made multiple yummy sounds as we were eating. Everything was creative and flavorful.

I’ve been meaning to come to this food truck for long time. I finally pulled the trigger and I must say it was totally worth my commute from West Babylon . I got the doobie snack which was their dessert option and it was absolutely delicious . I look forward to trying other items on the menu in the near future .

Excellent service, easy access great pricing! Everyone was so nice and the food was epic! We had the griddled cheese meatball sandwich as well as a regular griddled cheese. So good!

It's fresh, it's awesome."Which dish do I recommend" you ask, Mr Google? Click a button? Probably all. Depends on taste? Where's the Primo button?My fave is the Primo, a fat shrimp sandwich on a roll, the not-spicy version. Comes with a tasty slaw on top, and bacon butter on the side. Put it all on. It's large enough that I didn't finish it once or twice. May try the new pork-burger next, sounds enticing. All the desserts are tasty. The fried cake seems to switch up every now and then, all lip-smacking. (Waiting for your fried chocolate cake version to get back on the menu. Nudge, nudge, wink, wink, say no more.)(Did I miss one with Strawberry, too?) The Mozz sticks are crunchy perfect.Service is fast, friendly. I pick up. My order is usually brought to my car. A dinner item, a side, and a dessert item may put you around the $30 range. ~So~ worth it. You'll be happily satis-filled when you are done. With a BK meal at around $15.00, The RJFT is pretty much a no-brainer. Eat here! Easy decision! You'll be glad you did!
