Workers don’t want to be there basically. And I saw a fly landed on a bagel inside window. So ordered a croissant instead. And they wanted to charge for butter too. Nothing special. Not coming back.

First of all I do love this place, this is my go to place for bagels, unfortunately every time I go there, there seems to be problems with flies inside the cabinets where the bagels are. EVERYTIME. I spoke to I believe he was owner at one time, and he brushed me off, I mention it to the counter person and they brush me off as well, Its like hurry up your holding up the line. Next time I will take picture and post it. Please fix this issues, I do love the bagels and i do want to come back, but the way you brush me off I dont think you want me back. Need better system for people who just want to purchase bagels, they end up waiting a long time.

Grill was closed and I don't have a problem with it. Ordered a bagel instead, but wasn't ask if I wanted it toasted. If you know some1 wants food from the grill, it means they want some hot food. Have a brain 🧠 and ask if they want bagel 🥯 toasted. No sense and no customer service what so ever 😕
BEWARE dont put insctructions on your uber orders they will purposely do the exact opposite and mess your stuff up our of spite.

The prices at this place are a joke. Four dollars for a bagel and cream cheeseis fine but add bacon and it’s five more dollars extra somehow? $9 is more than a baccon egg and cheese and not to mention the size of their bagels steadily are getting smaller.
