The chocolate covered strawberry mimosa was great! However, their shrimp and grits gotta go!! It didn’t have any texture to them and there was this weird jelly in it that took away from the dish. I would suggest heading down south and tasting real shrimp and grits! Disappointing, but would head back here to try the other breakfast items.

I was hoping for a great meal at Twisted Fork Brunch Company in Bellmore, but the experience was subpar at best. The timing of the service was totally off—our drinks took 5-8 minutes to hit the table. The drinks themselves were okay, though the espresso martini had a bit too much cinnamon for my taste. Strangely, our food arrived within 5 minutes of ordering. We felt incredibly rushed to eat and get out. The food itself reflected that suspiciously fast turnaround. I ordered the chicken and waffles, and the chicken honestly felt like it had been cooked the day before and just microwaved. The banana pancakes were equally confusing; they somehow tasted both undercooked and old. To top it all off, the butter they served us was rock solid and frozen. Definitely not the fresh brunch experience we were looking for.

We were a party of four and were really excited to try this new popular place for brunch. The atmosphere and presentation of the food and coffee were amazing, until my sister cut into her avocado toast with crispy chicken and the chicken was completely raw. We called over a man who we assume was the owner or manager and he apologized, took the plate, and brought back the avocado toast minus the chicken. Upon receiving the bill, we mentioned to our server Dana about taking off the price of the chicken. She said she couldn’t since it would be the same price with or without the chicken. We paid full price for raw chicken and the management did nothing to right the situation. Very poor customer service. Not to expect anything for free, but all we got was “sorry.” Anybody could’ve gotten very sick from this experience. We were also rushed out at the end, our server took away our waters while we were still talking. Needless to say, we will not be returning.
Visited on 2/13/26 at 10 a.m. There were plenty of open tables. My wife politely requested an open booth near the window and was denied without a valid reason. Instead, we were placed at the very last table in the back under a thermostat.
We were told it was for “server rotation,” even though the restaurant was not busy. My wife spoke with the manager (a blonde woman), but no effort was made to accommodate us or correct the situation.
My wife has visited several times before with her girlfriends and never experienced any issues, which makes this situation even more concerning.
As an interracial couple (my wife is white and I’m Black), the treatment felt dismissive and unacceptable. We left and will not return. We had planned to bring a party of 14 in March to celebrate International Women’s Day, but we will be taking our business elsewhere.
Good food does not excuse poor service or making guests feel unwelcome.

Sunday, 2/15/26 - my honest experience.
FOOD: Everything we ordered, was delicious.
SERVICE: the counter staff, NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED US as we waited to order, instead greeted AND tended to people who sat down AFTER us👎
We were kind, polite & dressed nicely `\_(- -)_/`
ATMOSPHERE:
Its Small tight space. Entrance was crowded, & unwelcoming. To avoid a long wait (over an hour) We were able to squeeze ourselves into 2- spots at the bar counter.
** if you can get past some imperfections, (that, i'm sure can be corrected with proper retraining), --->the food is good.

10/10 breakfast spot! The pancakes were next level — thick, fluffy, loaded with fresh bananas and creamy banana pudding, and perfectly sweet without being too much. The portions were generous and everything tasted super fresh. The latte was smooth, rich, and made perfectly — honestly one of the best I’ve had. On top of that, the service was amazing — friendly, fast, and really welcoming. Great vibes all around. Definitely coming back!

If I could give zero stars at this point, I would.
I really wanted to like this place and have visited several times, but after my experience this last time I went, I won’t be back. The negative energy starts at the front door; the hostess was looking down, glued to her phone and didn't acknowledge me until I spoke up. While waiting 45 minutes for a table, we decided to get a drink at the bar where we witnessed what I believed to be a manager/supervisor (the same blonde girl that we always see there, also never smiles, gives unfriendly vibes or she's stuffing her face with food) speaking to the owner with a visible attitude and rolling her eyes (it’s clear the poor service stems from the leadership).
Our waitress, Giselle I think her name was, was just as unwelcoming. She was rude, never smiled, and rushed us through our entire meal as if she couldn't wait for us to leave. As for the food/drinks: the Crème Brûlée French Toast was sickly sweet, and my White Russian was sloppy and tasted like it had the smallest drop of alcohol. To top it off, their menu doesn't even have a simple meal of scrambled eggs and bacon with toast (which is what my friend wanted). Between the bad service and the nasty attitude from the staff, this place is a total turn-off.
Like I said, I'm not one to sit around and leave bad reviews, and I’ve tried to like this place, but the staff acts like doing their job is a burden. Save your money and go somewhere that actually wants your business.

Came here on a Wednesday morning for my girlfriends birthday. She got a coffee from the small shop across the street. The host wouldnt seat us because of the coffee. It was a weekday, birthday, and not busy at all. Not sure why an entire meal had to be turned down over one coffee, or why they need to create a hostile relationship with the other small businesses in the area. We ended up leaving because they wouldn't allow the single iced coffee in the building..
